I appreciate all they did for us and will definitely use them, and only them, whenever I need to rent a truck or a van.”
“Service was quick and efficient, however we have requested that a 'heads up' call be made to ensure that our dogs are inside during service. The 'heads up' call was not made, instead the technician simply rattled the gate to see if they were outside. Fortunately the dogs were inside.”

She was both affable and efficient in her manner - a real "hands-on" wrench turner, the type who's an asset to any professional team, especially for a Nationwide legacy outfit such as U-HAUL. Really everyone I dealt with was very personable and proficient. Bri was outstanding - after all the calls, arrival check-in procedures and banter - she delivered the goods, "service with a smile". A Top Notch experience, overall!

“GHETTO. I got what I needed, it was just unprofessional.
There weren't any clear signs of where to enter. There is some parking once you get in. It is clean and organized. There also weren't any clear signs of where to be serviced. So i choose the wrong lane and was ignored by 2 employees. Its sad I had eye contact with these 2 employees ? who did not greet me give assistance or where to be serviced nor let the working cashier know I was waiting. Being honest the cashier was helping a customer. Also another customer with a known issue came in and they started talking.Once the cashier noticed me she greeted me well but choose to continue enjoying her time at work versus taking care of the customer before her. It took to long to jus buy a bundle of boxes. Smh”

“I needed an extra large box to return a gift. I called with the dimensions I needed and a very friendly and helpful employee recommended the grande wardrobe and said they had at least four in stock. I drove to the store a couple hours later and was met at the door by an employee offering assistance. We confirmed that the grande wardrobe was my best option and then I checked out. He asked if I would like some help getting the box to my car and stowed it perfectly in my minivan. I was very pleased with the store and the employees. I will definitely shop for packing supplies there in the future.”
