They are very helpful and friendly. Thank God we have places like W-MC&K Pharmacy along the GAP/C&O bike trail. I got all I needed from them to continue my biking trip to DC. They basically put me back on trail/track ?.

Apparently if they think you look too poor to afford your medicine they won't tell you you have prescriptions available. Found out from my doctor 2 weeks later that they hadn't filled a prescription because, in their words, they "didn't know if I could afford it." So I went 2 weeks without medication I needed and got insulted on top of it. Great business practices and ethics.

I can't understand what some of these complaints are about. Went there today and felt like I was greeted with arms wide open. They went out of their way to make sure I got my medications even though insurance company was a pain in the butt. They got it done for me. Will be using them for all my future prescription needs.

I've gone to this pharmacy for over 30 years. I love that they are a small pharmacy and get to know their customers personally and always do their best to help. They also do home deliveries.

I've been using Walsh-McCagh pharmacy for as long as I can remember. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. & they deliver my medications to me at work when needed. I highly recommend?

Have been using this place for almost 10years. Have always been wonderful always fast and nice. After my visit today I will be having all of mine and my family's medicine transferred somewhere else. This newer lady is rude Everytime I have went there she hasn't been employed there that long. But she has definitely changed my opinion of this business.
