I had a package supposed to be delivered sunday 6/30. It arrived in cumberland 617 am at the post office. Then sent to Warren dale pa. Then to lithicum md and now in Baltimore. Do anyone at the usps know what they are doing? I have no idea when it will get back to cumberland where I live.

Mailman is scared of doorbell! I have a sign that says Delivery press doorbell please ?. fed ex and ups both pressed the doorbell. the mailman did not! but then again he can barely deliver the correct mail! very disappointing that usps has gotten this bad.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Basically cannot order Gaskets, because I am gambling wether the clueless USPS driver is going to leave it with the rest of the packages, or fold it leaving it completely destroyed in the mailbox. This has happened 4 times now, with 4 different packages. They lose our outgoing rent, they ruin our packages, they charge you money to track money orders they lost. What an absolute joke. It's like not a single person in the building can do their job. I am absolutely disgusted. My dad is absolutely disgusted. The only way I ever receive mail from this location is if I have absolutely no other option whatsoever.

Every third package gets delivered to some random address or shipped back for no reason, and they act like it's not their fault. They have no clue what's going on half the time.

Going into the office, personnel are great. When it comes to mail delivery not so much. I cringe when I order something and it gets shipped USPS…well, guess I didn’t need that after all. Delivery is slow if it arrives at all. My personal mailman has zero personality and cares even less about issues.

I love paying roughly $600.00 a week for my business in postage only for them not to pick up packages. No excuses. Stop hiring weak managers and employees who have no work ethic. Pathetic.

I’ve lived all over this country and have mailed many , many packages and this post office is the best ! Every employee is helpful and extremely professional. They give me advice on boxes to save money on shipping. Our mail carrier Ethan is terrific too.Keep up the good work Cumberland USPS!

Horrible staff. Instead of trying to be respectful if you are sending out a package in the wrong kind of box, they act like it’s the end of the world and get very rude. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
