If you have to come to this facility for any potential major health issues, you might as well pick out your box. It’s a pitty when only half of the staff actually cares about you and the other half will pencil whip you out the door.

On December 18 2021 I was admitted to upmc and they treated me like family the staff was wonderful then just yesterday on 3/24/2023 I had to go to emergency department it was a long wait but again the staff and p.a. were amazing and patient with me very good bed side manor thank you upmc I will not go anywhere else

Run, do not walk away from this ER as fast as you can! It was only on the advice of a friend! That I am alive today! They failed to notice of the signs of me having pneumonia! Thankfully I went to Potomac Valley Hospital ER! They got me to Ruby Memorial! Where I spent 4 days with a breathing tube keeping me alive!
