Terrible! Pricey. I only wanted a simple acrylic French mani. He didn't file the edges(sides) so they were rigid. They cracked and broke within days. Was rushing the entire time.Service: Acrylic nails

I highly recommend Kevin. He did a fantastic job. I got a full set and the butter pedicure. It took just under 1hr 30 min. He was really nice to chat with as well. I walked in with my nails a mess and left all fixed up.

Three stars only because the receptionist Claire was so nice and helpful. My nail tech rushed through my set so he could play on his phone. You can clearly see the layers of polish, none of the nails are painted all the way, and he didn't cut my cuticles down. Also he wouldn't talk to me, if he wanted me to move my hands in anyway he would pat them down or bang on the desk. Overall very unsatisfied with my experience here and would not go back. I've worked in service for many years and I know sometimes mistakes happen but this felt careless and rushed.

I went to Tips and Toes on Sunday after coming back from a vacation. This is my 2nd time in this establishment, the first time wasn't bad so that's why I went back. Well anyways, I got a dip manicure on Sunday, the man who did my nails wasn't taking his time and speeding through doing my nails. He even left right after he finished my nails!!! Here we are 4 days later and two nails are broken and 1 is chipped. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I went here because of all of the raving reviews and was nothing but disappointed! My mom had great service and the young lady that worked on her was phenomenal. Her halloween artwork looked great, mom felt pampered. 5 stars.... however Tim did my nails and they were horrible. They were uneven & when I pointed it out he used acrylic on my gel nails to fill in the white tip??? They were so thick, short, and crooked I cried after we left. Will never go back!

The service here is amazing. Great staff and very clean. I will always go out of my way to go here. The pedicures are very relaxing and professionally done. I would highly recommend!

The saying "treat yourself" is so much better when you treat ya mama too. And when we decide to treat each other, we usually go to tips and toes spa. Cheaper than most rates in town and they do an amazing job every time. Three weeks ago, they squeezed 8 of us in at very last minute to get our nails done for my wedding. And when I say last minute, I mean a day before my wedding. Awesome right. Even better that they didn't complain. We left, everyone satisfied. Today I went back in and the first thing I'm greeted with is "how was your wedding?!" It's amazing to have people who don't just do business with you, they actually care enough to remember the things you talk about, always greet with neighbor-like friendliness, and of course never fail to leave a customer with a smile on their face after an hour of pampering.

Every time I've been here, it's been great. I've never waited. I cannot say that about any other place. They have 10 brand new pedi chairs that have a spot where you can charge your phone.... that's so big league. They also have a rewards club online. No other spot has this in the area, not even locally run salons. And I would know. Everything is now digital and I'm impressed at the efficiency. It's in the plaza and it's always kept clean. They have higher cleanliness standards than I've ever seen, including a pedi bowl disposable, liner. The staff also is pretty fluent and there's never any language barriers. Prices are just as competitive as other salons. They also reward you for Christmas and your birthday, yet another special thing other nail spots don't do. The staff seems like they are professional.
