Service dept review; (50k mileage) I have had 2 services done there in past 60 days. The CVT transmission service can only be done at a dealership, service was accompanied with a vehicle courtesy inspection revealing a needed rear brake service/replacement. The two services were done professionally, quickly and at the scheduled appt.times. The cost was $225 for CVT and $337 for brakes and being reasonable/cheaper compared to local brake estimates. I was very happy with both experiences and will continue yo use their service dept. for my 2018 Nissan Rogue.

The salesman Greg was very nice. No high pressure to purchase. Melva, sales manager, was very informative also. Great experience at the dealership again. This was our 4th purchase from this dealership.

They can somehow sell the Nissan Ariya electric car, but completely refuse to sell the only good car they make the Nissan leaf. I've been waiting 5 years for them to sell this vehicle but they would rather sell you a completely unproven Nissan ariya. SELL THE NISSAN LEAF

You had my truck for 5 weeks and it took 2 weeks to get it in for warranty work to replace a high-pressure turbo in the titan XD 2016 with a 5.0 Cummins.and was never offered a loner vehicle tell mine was done . It’s not a good way to conduct business and treat customers by scheduling piece work and doing other work on other vehicles when one’s vehicle is just sitting there. Before the experience with your service department, I was thinking about buying a brand new Marano but that’s not happening now.

Took some time because they had to wait for parts but all was done to my expectations. Very friendly service and the mechanic actually personally apologized for the delay due to waiting for parts which I thought was very courteous and professional.

The entire process of buying a new car was extremely smooth. In just about 2 hours, I was driving off the lot in a new car. The entire staff, especially Josh and Jason, were very friendly, personable, and professional. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I stopped at Timbrook Nissan on my way home from working last shift to test drive a Rogue. They were just getting started for the day. Josh was very helpful, showed me the different trim models. I test drove one and decided to purchase. Decided on the details and placed my order. I was told my vehicle would be built and delivered in December. A few minutes later the Manager asked me if I would be interested in them looking for that same build at another dealership and possibly getting it that day. I said of course, I didn't care were it came from as long as it was the exact build. He called me later that morning and said he found one in Uniontown and could have it for me that evening. I sent them pictures of my insurance and paystubs and told them what type of loan I wanted. When I went back to pick up my new car, they had all the paperwork ready, was a very easy process. No hidden fees or surprises. Everything was as I was told it would be. Very easy, pleasant experience. Josh and everyone else at the dealership worked together to get me exactly what I asked for and made it easy. Thank you to all, I appreciate it.

Found a 2017 Chevy Colorado pickup at a decent price. Excellent shape with low mileage. Josh Hill was my salesman. The pickup had some minor mechanical issues upon my test drive. Josh and crew took care of it right away. Jason Riggleman was my financial person and he got me an excellent deal on my loan and extended warranty. All in all, it was a great experience and my wife and I were treated very professionally.
