None follows through with what they tell you they are gonna do after the sale. I do not recommend the dealership it’s just full of excuses to explain their mistakes on not doing there job that they said they’d take care of. So if the dealer sees this if you have any questions about my experience I will not contact you if you are concerned about this review pick the phone up and call me!!!!

I was at a weird place in my life when I bought a car from here. Wasn’t looking forward to the experience. Was dragging my feet for no good reason. David was wonderful, made the process easy for me, and wasn’t pushy. He seemed like a really decent dude. I’m so happy I decided to buy a car here. Months later I had my car looked at by the service department and they also were awesome!! I’d recommend this dealership to others looking to buy a car in the area. They’ve taken wonderful care of me. I ended up really liking the car I bought! I drive that thing all over earth and it’s alright!

We bought two cars at Thomas the reason we bought the second one was how we are treated. They treat their customers like family. It’s been over a year and our sales lady Kara still does follow-up. As far as service they are the best. Patrick checked in my car he kept me updated and explained everything and John Cuppert was the service tech very efficient. I recommend this dealer edit. Ciarra and Colton also work the customer service in the maintenance dept they all multi task but still take time for each customer. Thomas Cumberland is our first go to to buy a car, or for service, they are honest and fair. To me how one is treated at a business speaks volumns.

Highly recommend Thomas Subaru. Johnathan Loughrie was pleasant and personable to deal with in Sales , and made the process of buying so easy. Also Kameron was super helpful in making arrangements to transfer car from Bedford to Cumberland so it made buying hassle free and arranging meeting with our Salesman .

Everyone - and I DO mean everyone in this dealership were welcoming and helpful. My husband and I were in the middle of moving from PA to WA when we started having issues with our ford truck. I didn't feel comfortable trying to make it all the way across the country with that vehicle, so we stopped into Thomas Hyundai to see about trading it in on a Hyundai. (We've had nothing but good luck with Hyundai, I don't know what possessed me to purchase a ford!) Kara and the whole crew made us feel right at home and took the time to go over all of our options and get us into a wonderful new Sonata that is not only reliable but efficient and nice to look at! We could NOT be happier!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff here. I ended up not purchasing another Subaru right now, but Thomas reps were super helpful in making sure I had all the right info. Very easy to discuss with, very comfortable and easy process as a buyer. Definitely a dealership that I will return to when I'm back in the market for an AWD.

I recently brought my 2019 Kia Optima SX to Thomas Hyundai's service department, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, Jaxon at the front desk was incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. After a NIGHTMARE experience at Timbrook Kia down the road, the exceptional service at Thomas was like a breath of fresh air. They not only addressed all the issues with my car promptly and efficiently but also went above and beyond by washing it, leaving it looking immaculate and like I had a brand new car. I highly recommend Thomas Hyundai's service department for their top-notch service, friendly staff, and attention to detail. Shannon, the service manager, even personally called and emailed to make sure my service was top-notch and how I expected! They've definitely earned my trust and future business. I will recommend all my Kia friends to bring their Kia here for service and to avoid Timbrook Kia at all costs.
