BEWARE AND RUN AS FAR AND AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS LOCATION! They will upcharge you and oversell you items without telling you. Then when you get your bill you find ALL THE EXTRAS. We were signed up for a phone line and didn’t even get a phone. Jordan and his accomplice will promise to FIX the issues and will never call you back. It has been 2 months now for us and we are still trying to “resolve” the issues they have caused us. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

LIES, LIES, LIES - Went here to get a new phone and was LIED to, so that they can make money. Which they were successful in doing. Been with them over 10 years and this is how they treat me. Avoid this store, avoid T-MOBILE, they are LIARS and THIEVES!! You’ve been warned.

BEWARE OF THE UPSELL!!! Only get what you came in for and stick to your guns. They saw me coming a mile away and it’s taken me almost 2 months to clear everything up.I went in for 2 phone lines. That’s it. Jordan told me their internet would support a “work from home” bandwith. And I should purchase their package with phone/internet/ID tags…(The internet would drop either in the middle of a call (I’m a CSR) or it would drop if my computer was idle for more than 10 minutes. So I had to cancel and go back to my old internet provider if I wanted to keep my job).Also, he tried to upsell me Apple Watches. I was not interested and expressed my reasons why right then and there. Turns out, I was charged an extra $15 a month for the apple watch service! He went ahead and signed me up for the service anyway! And we had no apple watches.I had to call the customer service line on three separate occasions to get this all straightened out. As of today, I believe this is all squared away and I will only be charged for the phone lines I originally came in for…Use this as a cautionary tale- these salesmen are slippery! I am proof that if it looks too good to be true- IT IS!

Avoid this T-Mobile location at all cost! Seriously go to the LaVale location and save yourself the trouble. The agent Matt was trying to charge me a 37 dollar fee to swap the 5G Home Gateway even though online care team told me no fees. He kept saying that’s the part online support forgets to tell customers. I contacted LaVale T-Mobile while in store and they told me no fees would be charged. Even after stating this to Matt he still said there would be a fee. I left and went to the LaVale T-Mobile and Kate got my 5G Gateway swapped and no fee. Thank gosh I left because when I got up there we also learned that Cumberland T-Mobile not only was trying to charge me a fee that was not even needed but they added a second Home internet line to my account without my permission. Something seriously needs addressed with this issue at Cumberland location. Employees are not being trained correctly or something. Do yourself the favor and make the drive to LaVale!!

I went to TMobile in Cumberland and I had the best customer service with Tyler and Lucas they went out of their way to help me .I would give them both 5 stars.!

We had a great experience with Tyler and Lena. We went to another location to upgrade a phone and it was awful. I'm so glad this location isn't connected. We did our upgrade and were so pleased we switched over 3 more phones from another carrier, as well as signed up for internet! Thank you guys you rock!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new phone at this location. The employees were extremely helpful and patient. They took their time explaining options, discussing pricing and made sure all of my data transferred over to my new phone. The employees here very knowledgeable, friendly and care about their customers. Highly recommend.

If I could I would give them more then five stars they went out of their way for my family to do to making my father happy with a new phone to even my kids with some gifts. I highly recommend them. They are so friendly and out going. So if you need a new phone stop by there today

Walk through the door to a busy, clean, and friendly environment. Waited for a few minutes, got what I needed done quickly and efficiency. Would be 5 stars, but their tech was a bit slow. Overall Lena was courteous and professional. Good experience.
