I went in to get my birthday reward back in August. I was told there was nothing there well come to find out the previous employee wasn't paying attention it didn't listen when I said August 29th instead of October I don't know how you get October out of August but okay. Then the freaking woman at the front didn't seem to care at all or even try to do anything whatsoever.

The store is nice and clean, friendly employees. Only problem is having the right shoes in stock. They usually recommend you to order your shoes online through their website. I recommend you come in see which shoes you like get sized (ask exployee) and order them online.

My reviews for a company that has employees, who don't greet the customer, will always get one star. I never miss the opportunity to greet a customer or even chat a little, if I can. I just left the store about 10minutes ago. It is now 1:35 pm. I walked to the register to make a purchase, not one hello, did you find what you were looking for, or a thank you. There were two people at the register and not one word to the customer, until the transaction was complete. No, it wasn't even thank you."Your receipt is in the bag", is what one of them said. Do better with your employees, SSMS.

I bought a pair of boots and wore them in the house to see how they would work and unfortunately the tongue wouldn't stay placed and keep riding on my leg. I took the boots back three days later and the person at the counter said she understood about the tongue moving. I wanted my money refunded, but even thou I had the amount on my phone that was taken from my checkbook she would not refund me, but let me get something else instead. I guarantee you that I will never buy at that store again and for sure will let people know how rude they were as well as difficult to deal with.The staff have no idea of what customer service is. I guess that why every time I've gone to the store that there's never anyone there. Let's see if they are even there in six months.

I went to the Shoe Dept. on November 19th at around 6pm and the staff there was very nice and helpful, the young man at the register Asked me and my friend if we needed any help or questions to not hesitate and ask. Both were following CDC guidelines and it was definitely the best experience I've had at a store. I 10/10 recommended this store due to the kindness of the staff. Thanks
