The management and employees are nice. They did a good job. One thing I don’t like is Safelite’s automated call center. You can’t get a real person unless you know the store location number.

Safelite got me an appointment the same day my windshield was hit by a rock. They were through and efficient.We barely waited 30 minutes and my car was done.I Highly recommend using Safelite auto, I definitely won't be taking my car anywhere else to get a window replacement. Their staff is absolutely amazing!
