I had to stop at Mr. Tire on my way home because there was a helacious noice. Come to find out they didn't tighten the lugnuts enough. Still the noise persisted, so I went back. They claimed to have taken the tires off to check everything and that it was my rear differential making the noise. Took it to my mechanic who said the noise was from the corrosion they left on my wheel that was jamming up against my rotor and that my rear differential was fine and the my lugnuts were once again too loose on one side and stripped on the other. Never going back, will never recommend.

Andy is always very helpful and knowledgeable.He answers all my questions,every time I bring my car there.I have had multiple jobs done on my car and truck over the years with no complaints.The staff is always very friendly.

The employees at Rice Tire are friendly and very courteous. They was there to help me get the right tire for a reasonable price. There oil change was fast and affordable. I will definitely go back because they was there to help me anyway they can. I feel that there expertise and affordable prices will bring anyone back to this facility. Keep up the amazing work.

Rise is very courteous and prompt with their service. They were helpful with getting the best deal on tires with rebates available and helped with the online rewards. I highly recommend Rice Tires and Service. I go back there for tire rotation and oil service.

Decent price on tires but failed to rest my TPMS and didn't realize until I got home (live 32 miles away) and also looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged "tire recycling" fee when I took my old tires with me
