I dealt with Andrew and Travis, and told them I was looking for the "No BS" deal, and that's what I got. Very upfront about my trade, skipped all of the haggling and went right to the best deal they could offer. This is my first purchase from QCM and it was a good car buying experience.

My own experience of this is back in February I was pressured into buying the Nissan. These people didn’t explain other options and it was like get the Nissan and that’s it. Well I regret getting it and the sales department in particular back then didn’t say what was my price range per month. The problem back in February is that Queen City Motors failed to tell me the left over amount from my Subaru to the Nissan which will help in the decision. So on Tuesday, July 16th I told them the same story and now I’m stuck with the Nissan with 568 dollars per month and these guys refuse to trade it within 5 months and tell me to wait without exchange it with a different vechicle. Well, I didn’t want the Nissan in the first place and I was told that I have to wait longer due to 7,000 dollars down payment up front. This is ridiculous and not fair and a ripoff. So with that being said this place will loose a customer. Lastly, I might report it to the better business bureau. Never again going back to this place.

An absolute stress free and pleasure to have bought a “new to me” car from Queen City Motors. Highly Recommend going through Dallas Hockman and David Holsinger to purchase your car. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything has went.

the sales and service staff are genuinely super friendly and helpful, but i probably wouldn’t recommend the service department because i asked them to check my rim to see if it was bent before putting my tires on, they threw it on a machine that said everything was fine, but apparently it took the manager seconds - months later to determine it was bent… and couldn’t even offer a shred of accountability for not checking more thoroughly from the start

This dealership strung my wife and I along for weeks with excuses of slow application processing, lack of staff at credit unions, and other excuses while telling us everything looks good and that they could definitely help. We came with 20% cash down payment and 2.5 years of current employment history and they still couldn't find financing, even after 4 hard enquiries. We went and sought financing elsewhere and got approved so I'm not sure what the deal is.

So a little late but, thank you Queen City motors for not just helping me get my new to me car, but for putting me in the car that I have always wanted. The guys that worked with me to help put me in my new wrangler were so nice and went the extra mile when helping me with my trade in. You guys are the best! I'm pretty positive that my next vehicle purchase will also be from them as well. A special shout out to Noah who helped me by narrowing down my search because I am super picky.

They replaced the starter. And the battery. Both new. They said they were bad. Within a week same problem. And they won't make it right. Be careful

I am really glad I got the Hyundai Kona. Zach & (Trace - sorry if your name is wrong) were great. I tried 2 other dealers and was unsatisfied getting into the car - too low. I was able to try the SUV and it was just the right height to get in, plus it was an Ultimate, top of the line, excellent reviews and the right price. Queen City Motors is the one!

Everyone at QCM and specifically, Brian Records, was awesome! They saved us a trip out of town and helped us avoid a long day at an unfamiliar dealership, by locating several options of the vehicle we wanted and bringing it to Cumberland. The time and effort we saved by being able to shop locally was fantastic. The car-buying experience I dreaded turned out to be fun because of Brian. He made it very easy and we felt like we left with a friend!
