Honest to god I have no idea how they are still open the third time around. 4 out of the 6 animals I have gotten from here have died. All different reptiles and rodents.

I have always gotten my reptiles insects from here because they have a lot better pricing than some of the other local competitors. I have always had a kind employee help me and never had any issues with the customer service.

I get crickets and reptile supplies here. I always look at all of their pets while I’m there. The cages and tanks are always clean and the associates are always so nice and helpful.

I would put a negative rating if it was available. The puppies are kept in square boxes without ever getting out except for a prospective buyer- including overnight when no one is on the store for over 12hrs. These puppies are brought in from puppy mills rather than legitimate breeders or shelters and are sold for thousands of dollars. The unknowing buyers often get a malnourished sick puppy. There are numerous reports of the puppies getting seriously ill within a couple weeks and sometimes dying.

My wife went in and grabbed a 50 count of wax worms. I opened them and the smell that came out of the container was very strong. I got all them out of there, but in the process I had an allergic reaction. I've bought from other stores, that's never happened. They are also small (not even the tip of my finger) if they weren't dead , probably about 17 were dead. I really can't see going back after all that.

Alex and his team are always so helpful and informed when I go into the store. They always direct me to the proper items I need for my dog. I go there on a regular basis.

They keep birds in plastic bins. Like 6 birds crammed into one small plastic storage bin. Smells horrible in there.

Great selection of fish and pet supplies. Fish are have a warranty as long as you provide a water sample. The fish are good quality and I never had an issue with them. The is my go to place for aquarium supplies.
