My parents bought a Mattress from North Carolina Furniture. It was a very nice mattress. The staff was very helpful. I was very happy with the way my parents were treated and will recommend them to anyone that needs furniture.

One hassle after the next after purchasing a Serta mattress that was far from "new" in condition. Never an apology. Would not take this mattress and replace with it until Serta "approved" the request. According to two Serta representatives, there is a "120-day no -questions- asked" return policy. Find another way to purchase your Serta mattress, like Serta directly, who replaces your mattress unconditionally until you're satisfied. Undesirable customer service. Thx.

Best service ever!Mattress was perfectly firm, clean, still sealed when it showed up! The best customer service I’ve had in a long time for our area!! Amazing job! Delivery guys were very polite and took very good care of my home.

My friend purchased a Serta mattress a few days ago. After the gentlemen delivered it she found that mattress was used. (Dip in middle of mattres) Notified Penny of issue. A few days later the gentlemen returned with their modern day tools of a board & tape measure to look at issue. One of the gentlemen even laid on the mattress & noticed the dip in the middle of the mattress & the discrepancy of the firmness from one side to the other. Friend sent pics. Has yet to hear from Penny. No apology for the issue & waiting for communication from North Carolina Furniture.DO NOT PURCHASE from this store. POOR customer service.
