My sassy and my buster are the best part of my life .I love our vets and everyone in the building, they are fairly priced. and really honestly care about your fur babies, I have always gotten the very best from them ,best vets ever ,don't trust your animals to anyone but the best.north branch animal hospital is awesome. They will never let you down.

My me and my mom brought her two dogs in yesterday to be seen cause something was going wrong with them and they gave them this medicine shot to help to stop vomiting up and this morning my mom one daushuand past away through the night and when I called them back they acted like they didn’t care one bit about her one dog passing away they kept giving me and my mom attitude on the phone

My name is Kim Pannone. Recently I spoke with one of the young ladies in the office. I was rude. It was uncalled for. I humbly apologize. There were many reasons why I was short tempered that day. Non of which was this young persons fault. Again, my apologies . This practice took such wonderful care of my dog Lincoln. I loved him.i am thankful for them. Your kindness towards him will always be remembered.

Took our dog for a check up and some blood work. Everyone there was amazingly nice to you and your pet. Dr. Troy is an amazing vet. Took care of our 13 y.o. dog since she was a pup. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I was ALWAYS a fan and good customer of North Branch Animal Hospital. However it was brought to my attention that they forwarded information from MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT... to someone else.... my husband's ex wife took a responsibility for a cat that we had... no issues... until one day recently she started making up lies and making lies about what MY records said.. she requested that my information be sent to her vets... that is not the main issue... because we loved and took care of the animal so nothing was bad in the records... but they also included MY PERSONAL information in the records that they forwarded.. these things included my phone, my address, my personal and work email...(she knows my address) the point of the matter is now that she is using this information that THEY aka North Branch forwarded her to cause issues in our everyday life... when I called and spoke with the office manager of North Branch she basically told me that per their policy they could send anything out as long as someone had the account holders name and the name of the animal...they should have contacted me about sending this information out..in fact I had called them a few days earlier bc said ex wife was already causing issues and told me she got the information from North Branch... I was told by the lady that answered the phone that they would not just send information out to someone with out the account holders ok... and that there was zero notes on my account about this information being forwarded.. well, come to find out on may 13th 2024 that they did in fact send out the information... I found this out talking with the other vets office... but back to the office manager at North Branch she than told me that if I wanted to keep to my information private that was fine she was " black listing me and I was no longer welcome there..".. please explain to me how this type of behavior is correct ? ... im sure if I had provided someone that harassed her and caused her nothing but issues she would not be happy either... so this being said I can call without verification and get ANYONES information from this place... again I NEVER REQUESTED MY INFORMATION TO BE SENT OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND I NEVER APPROVED THIS...

So you are still saying that it is 1000% in the right to send out my personal information AKA phone number/ address to another person without my consent? Maybe you are not understanding that once you send that to the other vets office it goes in the customer's file. Which they can see EVERYTHING that was on that paper??? And this is the issue.. for the safety of YOUR clients you need to rethink this policy. You are handing over addresses and phones numbers. If that is it, i am not sure what to believe since your business told me that they would not send anything out with out my consent. It is one thing again to sent out information on the animal. But, something totally different to sent out MY information. You could have even blanked out my information before you sent this. Maybe someone should have called and said does this person even have this animals? Does this person have permission to be getting this information? Also for my safety I should have been asked if I wanted her to have my personal information. Also, the office manager needs to be reviewed to see how she speaks with your clients.
The vet you sent this information to has been nothing but helpful and understanding in this matter. They have been much easier to deal with. And just because you have done with 100 of times this doesnt make it right. It only takes one time for something to happen.

I needed a new veterinarian because I moved away from my other one. Went in with 1 of my Rottweilers for a nail trim. Dr as well as tech were super nice and extremely helpful.
