Often out of what I need and to try to make sure I didn't drive all the way there to be told that again, I called first. After an unskippable recorded sales pitch for an assortment of things and a list of everything else you could think of I was instructed to press 0 to talk to the pharmacy (usually why one calls someone, especially these days). I just spent over 35 mins on hold to just be disconnected after listening to some.of the worst, most generic 90's "Musak" that sounded like it was coming from a cassette tape that went through the washing machine and is playing out of a boombox floating at the bottom of a well. How is it that this is still an issue?! How cheap.are these services if they can't even playback clear cheap crapoy music?!. I guess I will have to go in to be told they don't have it again. I called the main store line, was told they are bust and I should probably just come in. YAY FREE MARKET!!!

They always lost what doctor office sent in so after a year I changed pharmacy. They also didn't apply correctly my insurances to my meds. Always had to ask.

I will preface this to say that I don't know of any pharmacy that consistently provides good service; however, this may be the final straw for Martin's in Cumberland.They never fill prescriptions that are sent over to them until you actually show up to get it. Today, I went to pick up an antibiotic for my sick son immediately after it was prescribed by his doctor. Of course, it wasn't ready. I was told that it would be 30 minutes, so I spent 30 minutes walking around the store with my sick toddler killing time. Then, I went to pick up the prescription. It still wasn't mixed. They asked me to step aside while it was finished up. They rushed to fill it and didn't add any flavor, so the medicine tasted awful. I tried flavoring it myself with strawberry syrup, adding sugar, adding juice, but my son still wouldn't take it. I felt like I was literally torturing my son trying to get him to take this disgusting medicine. His dad will be returning it tomorrow to get it corrected, but now I'm worried that my son won't trust the medicine even after it's corrected due to the horrible experience. Plus, this is delaying his treatment and prolonging his suffering. This isn't the first time they've done this. They've also given us prescriptions with our son's name on the outer box and another patient's name on the label on the bottle inside the box.

They always lying about calling to get your prescription refilled. Just call your doctor yourself. They will leave you without medicine. Lines are long unnecessarily as they tend to chit chat and leave you standing around

The lines go from 1 or 2 people to out the door in the blink of an eye. They are inefficient in every sense of the word.Yesterday I checked in and they say "we have it in stock, it'll be 30 minutes". Twenty minutes of killing time and come back to check and see the line going out the doors. Thirty minutes after they estimated 30 minutes, the line still wasn't moving. I come back today just to be told "oh we don't have it in stock, it will be a few days.. but another script is available, would you like to wait 30 minutes?"The people here remind me of the sloths from the animated Disney movie working at the dmv/mva. It is mind boggling how these people manage to get dressed in the morning.

Worse pharmacy I've ever used !!! On hold for a phone call 15 mins waited 5 hours for antibodies and still was not ready before I had to have them send to different pharmacy. I will never make the mistake of using this place again

I go to pick my husband’s prescription up. They said they just received it that it’ll be 30 minutes. I go back in after waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot and they tell me it’s still not ready yet, that it’ll be another hour.

Consistently late filling prescriptions, even 10-12 hours after they’re called in, and even more consistent in shorting my meds. I’m regularly making 3 trips over 2-3 days to get one set of refills. Most of the staff seem well meaning but incompetent; however, every now and then you’ll get a pharmacy tech who’s that rare combination of rude and incompetent. Only gave them one sympathy star because I understand that they are often busy and have to deal with some very unpleasant clientele.
