I travel for work and have been to a few ranges. This is the best i have been to so far. The experience and the staff exceeded my expectations. They have state of the art equipment it is a must experience. I don’t want to spoil your experience just go!

Went to this spot with my brother on a Monday afternoon and the experience was AMAZING!!!!!! The hospitality of the guys running the shop and range was EVERYTHING!!!! Let’s also shout out the state of the art range onsite!!!!!!!!! Simulation black out conditions all the way to police strobe lights & glow in the dark targets. This place is the Las Vegas of shooting ranges with the staff to back. Please keep up the good work at this venue. (Needless to say I will be coming back!)

After giving this store a 2 ⭐️ review awhile back, I’m here again to change it. I’ve continued to do business with Queen City after my initial review and will continue to do so in the future. My first review was based off of one bad experience that I had with them. The queen city armory has been great to deal with.

Gun noob here who is actively interested in defending herself... Went in to look around and maybe ask some questions. My visit was quickly cut short when I saw the hanging German imperial flag on the wall. I was told that one of the employees was German - why not use the actual flag of modern Germany? I believe in taking pride in your heritage (proudly of German descent myself), but there is a reason the imperial flag is banned in parts of Germany: in modern times, most of the people/groups who adopt it are neo-nazis. I hope this is not the case at Queen City Armory. I hope it was a mistake of ignorance. But in the context of history, it is an ugly look. I wanted to post a photo of the flag, but employees threatened legal action.

Best place to get a firearm in my opinion. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and if you want something they don’t have they will try their best to get it for you. Great selection of firearms with layaway options and a great selection of ammo. They also have a good selection of gun parts and just like the guns they will help you get it if they don’t have it. Thank you guys for your five star service keep it up

Queen City armory is where I go when purchasing any type of rifle or pistol, along with ammo.The people are honest and treat me like family.Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Call the location to ask a simple question.. the man on the receiving end responds in a rude/condescending manner. Terrible customer service. Get it together Cumberland, have some pride in your businesses. Will avoid these guys like the plague.. and make sure everybody I know does as well.
