Why are there photos of products on this listing when this isn't a store? I drove here for no reason.

I also got bad experience with the employee Faye one Thursday afternoon over the summer. The employee Faye would not take the framed picture down for me to see. Yet she Googled with the names from the picture. Wow, it's famous. She then tried to convince me that if it worths money, Goodwill will not put the picture here. It was priced at $15, a VERY FINE PICTURE, probably a print. So I went inside shopping a little while. Then I saw my husband walk in so I was thinking of asking his opinion. Unfortunately, just a few minutes, Faye said, "IT'S SOLD." ALSO ANOTHER ISSUE, SHE WOULD NOT GIVE THE KEY OF THE BATHROOM to me right away, like many other places do. I had to wait till she rang up everything with the customer. The second time I went to Cumberland, Goodwill. "NO PUBLIC BATHROOM." sing was put up. FOR YEARS, this location always OPEN the bathroom for the customers. DON'T KNOW WHY THEY CLOSE IT. OTHER THAN THESE TWO ISSUES, I LIKE SHOPPING IT. NOW, I AM HASITATED TO SEE HER THERE ! ! WISH THE MANAGER WILL SEE THIS, AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT !

Why do you post signs with prices if your employees always charge more? Today I found a women's winter fur coat at front rack. Sign stated the price unless otherwise marked. I think it was 14.99, leather coats we're 20. My coat had a sticker but no price marked on the tag. When I went to pay for it the employees said she had to take it to the back of the store and have it repriced. Why?? I found it on the rack with a tag. If they can't price items then why have them work there? Don't wait until I'm at the register to tell me that everything I spent my time shopping for is too nice and now because it's nicer than anything else I have to pay more money for it. I am not talking about an item with no sticker it HAS a sticker that THEY put on it. The sticker was not pulled off. This is twice this week. The first time they blamed it on the new girl and said she didn't know how to put stuff out and still charged me more. I told them NO take it back. I'm not buying it. This is lazy employees. They spend more time fighting in the store amongst themselves and with customers rather than doing their job. I only gave this store a one star because the system wouldn't let me put 0.

Goodwill is such a great store but this goodwill is not the same. The employees take everything good that comes through the store. I have heard the manager say to another employee “ I took all the Victoria secret clothes because I want them for my yard sale†that is not what good will is about and it's sad that goodwill corporations lets this one get away with this.

Goodwill is getting rediculas anymore. They take free items that people donate to help others in need and they throw crazy prices on things. I'm sorry but u can get sales at department stores for the same prices good will charges. I feel their items should be yard sale prices. Not $8 for a pair of pants and $15 for a jacket. That's rediculas. It's supposed to be helping those in need and they've turned it into a money making corporation. Unbelievable. I will never donate to them again. Salvation Army and church's are the way to go.
