We have banked at this credit union for years and while it’s usually a positive experience, that is outweighed by the negative. We continuously have difficulty withdrawing cash because it’s not available at the bank. How does a bank not have cash on hand? We’ve had to go to as many as four separate institutions to make a withdrawal and most recently we were told we’d have to wait a week because they had to “order money.” This is totally unacceptable. First Peoples would rather inconvenience their own members instead of “paying higher insurance premiums on larger amounts of money kept in the vault.”

What is with the constant changing hours of operation with this place. I get them cutting hours back but you keep changing them and we never know if your open or closed .I think its time to find a new bank. Something as simple as an email to your members to make them aware would be a great idea.

Don't do it. You'll immediately start getting scam junk mail offers from auto insurance and other low life companies with First People's on the return address. These people are scum.

Refused to honor posted certificate of deposit rate in local newspaper. No integrity and no customer service.

Nothing but positive experiences with First Peoples since we became members. Good access to locations and ATMs and fast servicing on loan applications.

If I could give zero stars I would. How in the world did this company get such high rankings from Forbes? Not happy with this credit union at all. Unfortunately I was forced to become a member but not by my choice.
