Still delivering to the wrong house!!! The drivers are completely useless, and just pure lazy!! 9/23 update - Brought to my neighbor's house today, and took a delivery picture. When I got home (less than 2 hours later), the neighbors had already grabbed it and kept it. There's no way to get a hold of the local office and the reps are useless at the 800 number.

THEY choose not to deliver package on Saturday and say itsnmy fault. Claim I am not available or closed. It's a residential address, I live at. What hours would prevent this. Last time this happened they claimed they fixed it. But today it happens again. You can't call them directly, you spend 2 hours on fedex hold just to have some lie and tell me the center was closed today. (Saturday) yet they scanned it as out for delivery thus morning then marked it out in the system as unavailable or closed today.So the rep lied to get me to get off the phone because obviously to anyone if someone scans a package as out for delivery obviously someone is in the center to do that.Ridiculous behavior. And this is not not the only example of bad service from just this center.

Delivered my package to my neighbor's house, who gladly took it and never gave it back to us!!! My house is clearly labeled with street number/address in several places.Updated 5/3 ....Another package left at neighbors, and never returned.

I love my schedule and how understanding of me to have a flexible shifts because I have to care for autism son who sometimes be a struggle to care for at times and leave to a sitter to watch him

We moved from Ohio to Maryland. I can’t believe the differences in the FedEx. We have a package that has been in Cumberland Md. for 9 days, it’s sitting there until they have more packages in our area for delivery. I’ve contacted the main customer service and still NO delivery. I was told it was coming today. I tracked the package and it’s still sitting in the facility. What a terrible business and management needs replaced. Ridiculous!!

Never thought it would be so hard for someone to do their job. Save yourself the time and just go to their facility and do their job for them by picking up your own package ? ?

They lied about attempting to deliver my package for a "final" time. Told me next delivery date would be Monday, yet they showed up at my place on Saturday randomly when the tracking said it was not out for delivery, so I went out of town. On Monday, I sat by the front door waiting all day for a very expensive package I need to sign, even needing to call off work to try and get it, only for them to never knock on my door, not leave a slip on my door, showing they didn't bother to show up, and then marking it off on the tracking as a "delivery attempt" being made so I have to call off yet another day to try and get my package! Worst delivery service by far

Very Very Very Poor....This is 3 times Fed Ex say they can not locate my address... And I've even updated my app and it clearly says delivery location... No problem with USPS or UPS...

Left 8 35lb boxes of kitty litter in the rain 4 on Thursday the 4 th and on 6 th the second shipment was supposed to be my replacement boxes for the 1st shipment I had to block my number for them to answer

Does not deliver when asked to deliver 5 times. Now says ready for pickup 1 and 1/2 hours away. After calling 5 days in a row.

I have had to chase my packages all over the county. FedEx delivered some of my packages to a vacant lot! Then a couple days later delivered a box to our old neighbor that we moved away from in July! Don't worry FedEx UPS is just as bad.

They leave your packages at the facility or on the truck for days,when they do come they either give your package to the wrong house or throw it down,they act like they cant knock on the door! You cant even trace a package cause the website wont tell you anything and customer service makes excuses instead of fixing the problem. I dont see why they havent been shut down...

Every time we have something shipped to us thru FedEx they keep it on the truck for days and days and keep postponing it due to drivers not wanting to come out in our area. Customer service is useless and does nothing but cover for their drivers and lie about what the system says is going on.
