Shipped a box of hand blown glass items. Box made it all the way from nc to Cumberland. It was on the truck for delivery right down the street and the box was mysteriously sent back to the center “for inspection” they claim 18 of the 20+ items were broken so they threw them away. NoProof of damage and refuse to do anything about it.My attorney is taking to small claims court and I’ll never use fed ex again.I am also the corresponding secretary for The American War Mothers, a national, congressionally chartered military organization. We ship thousands of boxes to our troops. We also won’t be using fed ex again.

Chris. Chris deserves to run the company. He is the kindest and hardest working delivery driver I have met, he has completely changed my opinion of fedex by himself. Wonderful person

They can't seem to deliver to the correct address. This is the 2nd package my family and I have ordered and never received. The 2nd package that we never received is over 1000 dollars. I will only use UPS from now on. At least that way I will actually receive my packages! ?????????
