Took full advantage of our situation. Oct 12,2022 is when we financed a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, within a week the check engine light was on. We had a appointment in Annapolis, and driving it for more then a half hour if you shut it off it would act like it needed to cool down to turn back on. With the airbag light coming on randomly and whe ln it did your heater and ac would stop working. Then after whatever problem was throwing the check engine light was fixed then the rear end came out of it which there garage barely fixed saying I was 31 days in and 1 day over the warranty. A couple months later engine light is on again and throwing a misfire having no power. Get it fixed myself in the garage. Not to mention the price of this vehicle they are making us pay was about $19,000 all together. The past year we got it down to only $10,303. Being the jeep was only worth maybe $5,000. So the last couple months now I've had to replace the radiator, the battery and the alternator. But was still acting up like it was overheating if you would sit in one spot more then 5 minutes at times. But was still perfectly runnable made a appointment at DnD since I was told it's supposed to be a 2 year 25,000 mile warranty and I know dang well I wasn't told that I was told the opposite that after 30 days I was fully responsible for mechanical work. Anyway go to the appointment Carl says it's a thermostat so they replace the it and then come back saying oh no it's a cracked head casket you need a while new motor not to mention the rear end needs replaced. $2,200 for a motor and they want me to finance it with my tax return when I've already dumped more money then anyone ever would on this dmn Jeep. So how long after the motor am I going to have to pay $1000s for a front end?? Not to mention they didn't even charge me for the thermostat being they made my jeep undrivedable now it overheats just going down the road and there is no heat at all now. But its supposed to be my fault since I've put almost 45,000 miles on it in a year. When my employment requires me to drive around but i guess we arent supposed to use DnD vehicles like that. Thanks DnD for screwing me over and leaving us with a overpriced vehicle you have more then made your money off of me and should let us terminate this lease and take this POS back! Anyone know how to file a claim with the BBB???

To be blunt:Way!! over priced! on vehicles that are not worth what they are charging.Yeah they greet you with a smile, make you feel welcomed just as their price gouging you. Tell you a story of how they too got their car there to gain your trust..You'll pay $10,000+ for an 02'And apparently that was the cheapest on their lot

Scam artists... They love taking advantage of consumers... They'll "fix" something only for the same thing to go wrong again and again... This place is an absolute joke...

Absolutely great place! The owner Joe was fantastic and put me in a vehicle right away, but they have one specific worker who has been rude everytime I’ve called. Very unprofessional and rude, for a person who is trying to sell cars.

I went to this place, and got a quote on a vehicle. He, unaware that I'm a mechanic by hobby, and in the circle of used cars and mechanics, started listing off prices on older used cars which was way more than other dealerships. he told me, 'All of my cars are listed above Kelly Blue Book' value. which means they are 'Unfairly' priced ie not a good deal. I have good credit and he said, 'No matter what your Credit Score, everyone pays a flat 22% interest'. Another rip off!Even with money down the car vehicle was DOUBLE THE PRICE.If you want a decent car at a fair price, don't car shop here!

I have heard good things about this car lot before. Me and my girlfriend traveled 286 miles to the lot in Bel-Air, MD from south WV. Mainly because everywhere else wouldn't give me more than $600 trade in value on my Jeep and was requiring a large down-payment. As well as a co-signer. From what I had heard I wouldn't encounter that. And that held up to be true. The staff was kind and to the point. Personally I like that. I felt like they genuinely wanted to get me into a good, reliable vehicle. Joe set me up with a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt LT. Car is in great shape to be 15 years old. Clean inside and out. They must have a great detailer. It has a upgraded sound system with a Pioneer touchscreen radio. Still has the plugs for a subwoofer. Got a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty, which covers quite a bit of stuff. I got $2,000 trade in value, whereas other dealers didn't offer 1/3 of that. I put $1,000 down-payment on the car but wasn't required to do that much. Payments are fair and flexible. Actually cheaper than expected. Many options to choose from. The other cars seemed to be in great condition as well. The atmosphere felt professional. The only drawback for me is the interest rate is pretty high. That's the only reason I didn't leave 5 stars on this review. I plan on doubling up on payments to try and prevent from having to pay as much interest. I knew about this ahead of time though. But if someone didn't, I would see it coming as a surprise. Overall, I was happy and satisfied when pulling off the lot. The vehicle made the trek home with no issues to be reported. I'm a full-time DoorDash driver. I travel between 150-200 miles a day. So I will surely be putting it to he test. If it crosses my mind, I will do a update on the vehicle in the future. Purchase date was 2/18/23 It currently has 95,500 miles.

The only thing I don't like about D&D is they will shut your car off if you miss a payment regardless after they tell you all you have to do is explain something to them and they will help you your car won't get shut off but that's a lie other than that D&D is great

Very unprofessional. Called because someone operating a vehicle with their dealer tag was driving down the road staring at his phone. This was during a ice storm. I was asked if I was a cop and pretty much hung up on. Did not even get a chance to tell her he was also traveling at more than 70mph in a 50 zone during his phone play.
