Been going there for cpl years...today will b my last day because as usual depends on who u ask there to what anwser u are given an when u finally get there after waiting an hr n line u find out something totally different....I don't drive so I have had to use this store.....but no longer will!!!! Rather spend the money an time on a bus to lavale because it is quicker an u don't get the run around...this has been the worst CVS ever an don't care if I never go back.... corporate needs to get involved...

I would like to suggest that while the reconstruction of downtown Cumberland is ongoing, this pharmacy needs to consider hiring delivery drivers.

My experience is the staff in the 133 Baltimore CVS go the extra mile. They offered me help, know the store inventory, showed a friendly presence, and generally made it easy to get what I needed. They remember and recognize individual customers and often even greet me. As a regular customer I can vouch for their standard of care being high.

Numerous times they say they don't have the script needed to be filled or say my doctor never called it in which isn't true. Situation now that irrates me is I had a major emergency surgery sent my husband to get my meds because of new years and they say my doctor only called in one. I look at my discharge papers infront me it was 2 so now I have to wait until they open back up to solve the problem ? I've used this pharmacy my whole life & some of the same staff are still there & have always been amazing but the new staff is really making it horrible to even waste the time going there.

Staff could use some training on how to operate a line. I went from 2nd in line to 4th at the pharmacy. 4 employees and not one said anything. They waited on the two that jumped line.

Bill and all the staff are great.Always answer all my questions and help me find the product I'm looking for..PS..The person stating that Bill could have used a smaller needle is funny..Hahaha

Took my children here for flu shots. Everything was super uncomfortable. I'm positive technician Bill could've used a smaller needle for their flu shot. My 4 year old had to be poked 3 times. Can't ask a question in cumberland without being an ostracized angry person. I do NOT recommend and will NEVER bring my children back here. BEWARE

Made an appointment for covid vaccine at 8:30 am on the website. So I walk in and the pharmacist tell me my appointment is 9:30 but I pull up my confirmation and it’s supposed to be 8:30 and he won’t even let me show him. I sat here until 9:15 when he gave me the shot. So unprofessional and rude. This is why I go to Rite Aid.

Staff are friendly, decent service. But it you ever have to call down there, settle in. It's rare that they answer the phone before 15 minutes hold. Currently 32 minutes and counting...

Was in there for the first time the other day dropped my key fob on the ground which allows me to get into my apartment building they found it kept it and I got it back they saved me 15 bucks I'll definitely be going back there
