Every time I go to your store in Cumberland, Maryland there is no coffee made,no sugar out, and the counters are a disgusting mess. I come here because the coffee is the best from any convince store, but I'm seriously considering finding someplace else because staff are always standing around on their cell phones doing nothing, it doesn't matter what times or what day you still have to wait. It does no good to say anything to staff, they always have an excuse. I am very disappointed,as I have experienced services from circle k stores all across the U.S.and have always had great service,but here it leaves a lot to be said (or not) about your managers.
