I highly recommend this dealership. While on a trip the jeep started throwing codes. After taking my jeep to other jeep dealers and no fix to the problem timbrook was able to figure out the problem in a timely manner. Thanks again for the great service.

I had my 2022 Dodge Durango at Timbrook Chrysler Dodge and Jeep in Cumberland Maryland on May 24. A few weeks before that I noticed when I was washing it and washed underneath the bumper that it was coming to pieces and when you look at it from behind you can not tell. Well here my exhaust is pushed a certain way and burning around my bumper and burning my bumper. It had 35900 miles on it and I took it to Accident Garage first. He put it on the lift and told me that something was clearly wrong and it was not anything from myself and that he did not have a body shop. I work in cumberland so he told me to take it to Timbrook. He printed me off paperwork, and I made an appointment at Timbrook explaining to him that I drive 100 miles to work and my warranty was coming close to an end but he could not get me in till the next week. He was rude from the start telling me I would have to pay if it was my fault and would not be covered by warranty. Once they saw my car they realized that it was not my fault and somehow my exhaust is pushed back and over way too far which has burnt my bumper. They took pictures and he told me he would email the representative and get back to me. He told me that he was not sure if they would cover this or not. It has now been 2 months and I have only received one call which was a voicemail from Ron the service manager stating that he was still waiting to hear from someone about getting my car repaired. This is ridiculous.i have now sent emails to the representative thanks to other individuals who have had issues with them and getting their vehicles fixed.

One of my older Dodge Rams ( fleet vehicle ) broke down while 500 miles away from HQ, and the GM Brad Marker dropped what he was doing after hours, met the tow truck, kept in touch with text & phone calls, and helped us throughout the entire process. Unfortunately the vehicle didn't make it, but he took care of our trailer, the contents, and assisted in getting our tool box off. All in advance of us sending a team member to retrieve the trailer.
Great service, attentive staff, and good people.
10/10

When I came in for service. My husband and I walked in and was waited on by “Hope” She was very rude and had the worst customer service I’ve ever had. She almost acted like she was too busy to want to wait on us and was acting quite annoyed. Between the eye rolls and the lip smacking I’m not sure which was worse. I’ve been there many times and I’ve never had an issue, but if she can’t at least keep a happy demeanor while waiting on customers then maybe she shouldn’t work with the public!

If I could give Timbrook’s service department zero stars and still be able to write a review, I would have. I don’t live in or near Cumberland, but car broke down (went into limp mode) near there and this was the closest dealership for my car make. Car towed in on a Tuesday morning. Took them until Thursday afternoon to diagnose bad throttle body (took me 5 minutes on Google to come to same conclusion). Part not on hand so had to wait a day (until Friday) for delivery (understandable). Once part was received, it took them another week to do a one hour job - finally got the car back on the following Friday. Practically no communication from them. Had to call them daily several times as no one answers the phone. On top of the 10 days for repair, they charged me over $600 for a part available online for under $200. I know dealers mark up parts prices, but over 300% markup is practically theft. Would never take a car there for service again.

Be careful with the service department. I paid 82$ to replace a fuse which costs 2 or 3 bucks for a 10 pack at auto zone. Also my wife was charged 72 $ to replace lug nuts the mechanics were busting from using a torque wrench on a locking lug nut on a new jeep.(Noone ever admitted to us that they broke the lug nuts. It wasn't until the managersaw the busted one he knew they did it) This happened 2 times. The person that worked the phone had an attitude and tried blaming it on a rusted lug nut on a jeep with less then 13k miles on it. Needless to say I had to make an in person vist. I can at least say the manager of the service department has integrity; admitting his mechanic used a torque wrench on both occasions and promptly refunded our money for their mistake. Again 0 apologies from the young lady at the desk who looked annoyed that I could dare challenge the bogus bamboozle lug nut charge.Hopefully the service department can get their act together. Until then, I'll be heading elsewhere for service;I'd advise you to do the same .

Got charged for an oil change. Oil change indicator never reset, no new oil change sticker, and same oil pressure as when it was dropped off. Headlight housing installed and now makes a terrible noise in the wind. Would never return.
Update, they broke the wheel well cover that goes in front of wheel and extends to other side. Headlight also installed loose.

I bought a Jeep Mojave Gladiator truck December 23. The sales experience was great. After the purchase, this is where things went bad. I was owed a tonneau cover and a luxcare spray that was going to be taken care of the same day for convenience. After several phone calls with no info and no return call with info, they said the cover was ordered. 3 weeks later, we find out it was never ordered. We had to involve the finance lady to get a return call and find anything out. She was the only helpful one and got us our items owed and was the only sincere person that worked on the sales floor. So, if you want to buy something and get ghosted on phone calls and answers, please come here.

We needed our hood latch, window, and mirror fixed. We were told it would take 2 hours. Took 3 days and mirror was not ordered correctly or fixed. We were given one price and it then increased by hundreds.
Will not be going back ever.

Only drove past on my way elsewhere. Didn't actually visit. Maybe the app is a bit too sensitive in that location.

My truck went into limp mode while hauling on the highway. Timbrook was the closest dealership and with an hour before closing I showed up truck and trailer. They set me up with a morning appt. They did need a couple days for the repair so I got a rental with Hertz and headed home. The customer service was absolutely the best. The GM is on top of it all. Super professional and friendly at the same time. They were honest and communicative about the repair. I felt they did their best to reduce the cost for me. It was a hefty repair bill but not their fault. These new diesels cost our souls!

Quick, friendly service and they even dropped my car off at my house because I didn’t have a way in to get it.
