You guys are the worst company on planet earth. Our home warranty hired BGH Electronics to service our refrigerator because our refrigerator went out. I called this company to set up an appointment to get this fixed and BGH gave us an appointment a week out knowing our refrigerator was out!!! We lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars of food and have medication that also need to be refrigerated. Not only did we lose massive amount of food we been living out of a cooler for the last week buying ice every day. This company NO SHOWED and is yet to return our phone call as to why no one showed nor communicated with us to let us know what time they are coming. I will recommend to everyone under the sun not to use your services and by the way I am missing work because of our appointment that no one is yet to show. This company is unprofessional to say the least and now I understand why this company have a 1.3 rating out of 5. If you use this company you've been warned! I will post this all over Facebook, Instagram and Google to warn people about choosing you!David B.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly rude, he talks down to customers (particularly if their women), and takes zero accountability for their mistakes. Purely based on how disorganized and rude they are before even coming out to my home, I refuse to do business with them, and could not imagine that they actually provide quality work.

I had an appointment scheduled with this company through GE. When this company called me to confirm appointment time, they had an attitude and no professionalism. I then called GE back and told them about my experience and requested a GE technician instead, which they were happy to do.

Bruce from BGH Electronics was a personable and excellent repairman that I would recommend to anyone.

Absolute trash!!! They don't return your calls and if you ever get ahold of someone, they're ignorant and can not help you!!!

This "company" is terrible. I was assigned them by SHW to fix my dishwasher, the guy came and collected my service fee and left. Two weeks later I'm still waiting on a fix. I messaged the "technician" many times and just keep getting the same runaround response "I'll check on parts". I don't know what world it takes 2 weeks to check on parts. Also, the desk lady Ginger is absolutely useless to call. SHW has now reassigned my case to another company.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is a HORRIBLE company. When I made my appt online through GE they contracted this company. I got a confirmation of my appt, but then when the appt came they never showed. I called them (which it takes forever to get ahold of anyone) and they said "oh yeah, we didn't schedule that, we keep telling GE not to send confirmations, you have to make an appt through the technician". They couldn't tell me when a tech would be reaching out to me. Once I finally got a call from the tech it was very difficult to communicate with him because he didn't return my calls or text with complete information. He finally came to fix the issues (to top it off he blew up my bathroom). Here I am a couple months later and am now having issues again. I was told I had to contact GE directly. I was never given a receipt for the work that was done, so I called BGH to get them to email it to me. They were LESS than helpful stating that they had no record of my appt and couldn't help because they don't contract out to GE anymore. If you have the choice DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They have awful customer service and I have no clue how they are still in business.

They were scheduled to service one of my appliances and they never showed up and/or called. I left them 5 messages and never received a call back. I do not recommend this company

I totally agree with all the bad reviews. As someone else said, if I could give them a 0, I would. We had a new refrigerator that had two issues. One was a handle recall from the manufacturer. The other was a leak from the water dispenser. When the service came to the house, he had forgotten the part to fix the leak so he told us he would bring it the following week. When he didn't show up, I called BGH. I've made three calls. The calls always go to voicemail. So far no one has returned any of my calls.

Should be 0 stars. My husband and I had a problem with a new dishwasher and Home Depot scheduled the service through this company. They were scheduled to come out a month ago and no one showed with no communication at all. We have been calling and leaving voicemails since. When I finally got a hold of someone now after a month all she told me was that the technicians make their own schedules and that she can't tell me when someone would come out. Could not be more frustrated with this company!!!! If Home Depot services you through them just return the appliance and don't even deal with them!!!

Ginger: I’d highly recommend a 101-level course on customer service, maybe the “Phone Doctor” series. I’m shocked you’ve been able to remain employed/in business, and I’m even more shocked that appliance manufacturers choose to conduct business with you.I purchased a multi-thousand dollar refrigerator that arrived with a cooling performance issue. Bosch arranged service through this company. I received a phone call for scheduling where Ginger repeatedly spoke over me, making demands for payment (for a service that hasn’t even been scheduled yet!). The appliance was installed 2 weeks ago, CLEARLY under warranty, and Bosch even went so far as to reassure me that this would be handled at no cost to me. I asked to speak to a manager, well apparently Ginger is one of the owners. That right there told me everything I needed to know: You’re fired, another company will be fixing the issue.

If only ZERO stars were an option... My brand new refrigerator was making a horrible noise. I called the manufacture, Whirlpool, and they scheduled the service through this company. Despite electronic confirmation and verbal confirmation with this company (3 phone calls back and forth with them that day) they didn't show up. And STILL have yet to call back. Don't even waste your time with these people. I called the Appliance Doctor and he came out within 1 hour of my call and politely and professionally took care of the problem. Do yourself a favor and call him instead.

I went through my home warranty, 2-10 to get my ice maker fixed in my fridge. When the warranty company let me know BGH was going to provide the service, I was really bracing for the worst given the other reviews. They first contacted me on 12/21/21, saying that they would normally be in touch with me the following week to set up the evaluation appointment. However, because it was going to be the holiday week, It was probably going to be two weeks, which was totally fair.I didn't hear back from them after the holidays were over, so I called BGH back on 1/12/22 and they were pleasant enough. They said they would get in touch with Bruce, the technician who was going to work on my ice maker, and that he would reach out to me by the end of the day.I get a call from Bruce later that afternoon asking if it was a good time to come over within the hour to take a look at the machine, and I said it was fine. He was very pleasant when he came over and told me that the ice machine would need to be completely replaced, and that he thinks they have the part in the warehouse, and would follow up with me the next week to make the appointment to install it.A few days go by and on 1/19, I didn't hear back from him, so I requested a status update through the warranty company. The warranty company calls within a few hours saying that the part was on back order and I should hear back from them by the end of the month or early next month. On 1/23, I actually get a call from Bruce saying that he has the part and if he could come over around 6 to install the ice mach/ne. I told him that was fine. He came over, and was again pleasant enough. He installed the machine and that was that!I guess my only critique is that at a drop of a hat, they ask if you are available within the hour for them to come over. This was not an issue with me because I am a stay at home mom. I probably did have the option to schedule within a couple of days, but I didn't find the need to do that.Overall, my experience was good, despite the amount of time it took, which a part of that was because I called right before the holidays.
