They called let my mother and law know that her order would be ready at 2 I’ve been here since two it is now 3 they are goofing around back there laughing and completely ignoring the fact that I’ve been here for an hour waiting for her prescription it’s ridiculous

Been a customer there for 40yrs. I am done now. Terrible phone system. Had the most rude assistant on the phone today. Totally uncalled for when you send in a refill and it takes 2days to get it filled. When you call to see if it's ready they ask what time do you want it.

John and his family are the best. They go the extra mile. They usually have a 20 minute or more wait time for prescription fills and refills, though. I would rather go here than anywhere else.

Always a wait even if they get your medications hours before u get there always 2 or more hour wait for one prescription of small amount at that I will never use them for myself ever again they leave u sitting in your car and say we will call u than never come out

Every month there’s a reason I have to wait days after my prescription runs out for them to fill it. This month I’ve been there three times for them to give me only five of my thirty tablets. This is the last straw.

Forgot to order my child’s formula which we get once a month.Very next month we ordered it and was told it would be delivered on Saturday . That Saturday they called and told us it would not be filled until 5 days later because it was not due for a refill until a later date because of their forgetting to order it the previous month. So now we run out again . Very poor customer service

This Pharmacy has an awesome store with beautiful home decor - rustic/farmhouse, buffalo plaid, religious, holiday, patriotic styles. Also has jewelry, vera bradley bags, greeting cards, diabetic/orthotic shoes, & nice gift items. However, the pharmacy appears to be short staffed because there is always a line wrapped around the store, quite a long wait for medicines, & the staff are usually stressed out & frequently not very kind! Love the products in the store but the atmosphere is mostly uncomfortable.

No drive thru. Dropped out of my prescription plan didn’t tell me. i went in to pickup refills and my copay had tripled from last time. Was told I hadn’t met deductible. Checked with my plan found real reason. They no longer are a participating pharmacy with my plan and are therefore out of my network. Maybe they didn't know but i feel they should have. Thats all for them.

I can honestly say the past two months have been horrible coming here.Always have to wait, no matter if script was in days ahead of time.Miss seeing the friendly smiles.

I called at 1:30 pm to verify that prescriptions were there and they would be filled and ready to be picked up before they closed at 6:00 pm. I was told yes, they have them and were working on it and it would be ready. I specifically asked if they had the medication and I was told yes. I go at 5:30 after work and I'm told they have none of the 3 prescriptions I called about earlier that same day. I will never go back! They said the people answering the phone don't know...ummmm perhaps they shouldn't be answering the phone when you call and ask for the pharmacist. Putting people's health in jeopardy!!

The staff that work here are awful everyone of them.They have no people skills at all.John and all his family are wonderful.and go above and beyond but they need to hire all new staff or train them in people skills.

Great people they even call and wish you a happy birthday on your birthday.. And John the owner will go above and beyond to help you with anything he can.
