Always clean. The owner is a very nice man. He has helped me a few times when I couldn't get my storage opened and closed. He replaced my locked too. I've rented here for 2 years.

Don"t rent off of Doug! He wants a down payment up front and the first month rental fee. We were never late on a payment and we emptied our unit mid May 2021 and still haven't received our $60.00 down payment. I called a few weeks ago and was told the check was in the mail. Not the upstanding guy I thought he was all through 12 years of school.

DO NOT RENT HERE. We had just lost our home and put our belongings in storage. We paid the first few months upfront by credit card online. He told us he hadn't received any payments, and we didn't question it at first as this has been a respected business in our community for many years, so we paid again IN CASH. We ended up having to cancel our credit card, as we were automatically enrolled in autopay without our knowledge, and our account was overdrawn from miscellaneous charges we didn't authorize. We got our things, which were mostly ruined from water damage from a leak in the unit, and then received a bill claiming we never paid anything. This is a horrible thing to do to a family already going through a difficult time.

Doug is a stand up guy and treats us with respect. Thank you Doug for all that you do for us. The storage facilities are in excellent condition!
