“To say that this buying experience was literally a joy is an understatement. I was very skeptical in dealing with a car dealer in my local area. I’ve just not had great experiences. I knew when Kristi Scott responded to my inquiry on a Sunday evening that things were going to be different. I had researched what I wanted, knew what I would pay, and knew what my trade-in was worth. I was counting on just test driving a car, going home to give it some thought, and going back and maybe buying it later. Of course, after I test drove it, I wanted it. Kristi answered all of my questions. She was professional and had me laughing and smiling most of my visit. Weimer gave me a trade-in that even the “out of towners” couldn’t match. I figured we would talk numbers and I would come back the next day to buy a car. No. Kristi gathered all of the information and set me up with Helen (who is just as funny btw) and these girls were going to send me home with my new car the same evening. The entire process took about an hour and fifteen minutes (only because I had to unlock my credit bureaus so they could run my credit). Otherwise, it would have only taken an hour. So basically, I got some good financial information, a great trade-in, a great deal, and a great vehicle! What’s not to love about that? Kristi, Helen, and Weimer Chevrolet…you all rock!”
“Without a doubt this had to be the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a repair shop. I'm old enough to have a lot of visits under my belt. I had an appointment for a Maryland State Inspection. I showed up on time and they immediately took the vehicle with a "Thank You". I was told it would be about an hour and 45 minutes later I was out the door. He even checked the tint % of the back windows so I could make sure the front windows weren't darker. Great Job”

“I am an 81 year old goat with a bad knee and bad hip. I took my Nissan Maxima to Western Maryland Collision Center to have the front bumper cover and fender liners replaced. When they finished the repair they cleaned the car inside and out. I so much appreciate this because I have not been able to carry my vacuum cleaner down the stairs to my basement garage for over a year and the inside of my car was a mess when I took it to them and spotless when I got it back. That attention to detail really touched me. God bless you all.”

“We weren't planning on buying a new car during vacation but our daughter fell in love with a 2010 beetle that wasn't even ready for sale yet. The team worked over phone/text with us and within 2 weeks the car was meticulous, updated and decked out for transport. We live in northern Wisconsin so we had them ship it. Working with this company was easy, they're professional and every detail was put into this sale! I've never bought a car this way and was super leary, but I can't say enough good things about them! This is one of the good places left to do honest, upfront business with. Thank you all!”

“While I was traveling to a memorial service my muffler dropped to the ground. I pulled off the highway and found that Twigg's was the nearest mechanic. I called and explained the situation and was in the shop 5 minutes later. 15 minutes later the pipes had been clamped back in place and I was on my way. “I owe a great debt of gratitude to Mark and the team at Quality Automotive. The alternator on our family minivan failed us mid drive on the highway and brought us to an immediate stop at this exit. The tow truck driver recommended the location and I had to take a chance to drop the car off after hours. It was a scary situation for the family and I was convinced I was going to be stranded in the area for days.
