Terrible customer service, procedures, terrible work, terrible price gouging and lying on pricing and jumping up cost without any contact. On top of all of it my exhaust still leaks. You’ll probably get ripped off here big time. And no you wont get your money back.

I was halfway through my trip from Virginia Beach, VA to Ohio with my wife and 2 baby girls when my van started driving weird. I was able pull over and call various shops. Allegany was the first shop to say they'd check it out for me. When I got there the staff went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. This awesome veteran owned staff deserves every bit of praise.

Received exceptional service from this facility. We're from the other side of the state and were on a road trip when our '95 camper van overheated in the middle of the night. After no option but to sleep in our van in the middle of town, these guys fit us in between clients the next day and helped troubleshoot the issue and got us back on the road. The problem recurred 5 minutes down the road and we had to come back, expecting to have to replace the entire system, but instead of upselling us and convincing us that the whole part needed replaced like most mechanics would, they were honest and were able to resolve the issue with a much cheaper fix and get us back on the road. We've had no issues since. We would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in the area, you will be treated with respect and pay an honest rate.

Had an exceptional experience at Allegany Service, also known as Allegany Transmission & Custom Exhaust, this past week. Life called for a last-minute reschedule and they were nothing but accommodating.When I rolled in for a transmission oil change, they were quick to identify that my 2020 Toyota Corolla needed a special type of oil. I appreciated their in-depth knowledge and proactive approach to order it right away. Decided to add an engine oil change to the service list and they were all over it – speedy and efficient!The respect they showed throughout was second to none. This repair shop is a awesome place! They are the fastest repair shop I ever seen. They get your car right in and finished in the same day. There right next to sheetz for atm access and right by Autozone to get all the parts you need easily. This is where I take my car for all my repairs. Engine light come on? Something dont feel or sound right? Bring it on down and they will take a look and get you back to tip shop shape in no time and very fair with prices.
