“I visited this location today for the first time via drive thru. I do not use this bank for my personal banking but assist with raising money for a local organization which requires me to make deposits. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by an employee. Although I submitted a significant amount of checks and cash, she was very quick and provided my receipt in no time. I am happy this location is so close to my office for when I need to make future deposits.”

“This is an asthetically impressive branch. The building looks new, is large, and is very spacious inside; it is very inviting when you enter. The building architecture was appealing beyond a typical branch office I've seen for any bank chain. The teller was kind and did her best to help us, though she was unable to complete the transaction because my companion didn't have proper I.D. She treated my companion with respect while still being firm in protecting customer privacy. There is ample parking, though it took me a moment to locate the front door.”

“I rarely leave reviews unless I feel as though that business actually deserves it. Today, my grandmother needed a cashier check and I had to assist. I called to see what exactly I needed to prepare for this transaction. Ms. Jennifer answered and walked me through every little detail beginning to end. Sweet as pie!!! I was more than confident when I pulled up to the drive through. When we arrived at the drive through Ms. Belva ( praying I’m spelling that right) was AWESOME. I have never in all my years banking with M&T dealt with a teller so polite and kind! She didn’t rush me or my grandmother although it seem to get busy as soon as we pulled up. I had the nerve two make two transactions lol but she still was patience and kind! With everything in the world going on today sometimes it’s just nice to be nice! I hope if you visit this branch you get to have the privilege of meeting this Queen. If she ever see’s this I hope she knows how much of a blessing to my day she was. ♥️”

It wasn’t a long wait before being called back. The representative who handled the paperwork was very friendly, thorough in explaining everything and answered all questions. What she couldn’t answer her associate came in and helped. Everyone we interacted with (4-5 different people) was professional and helpful.The process was painless.
