This morning I got gas at 530am, the pump didn’t not take my 5cent per gallon. The person in the store wouldn’t give me my money for the mistake by their pump. Even after showing him at another pump I should have gotten it

Relatively new spot with amazing coffee and goodies. Nice way to kick the day off or stop by to get something to uplift your mood. Highly recommend the chocolate banana bread if you can get some.

Have been ignored three different times because the attendant is on phone. I don’t care if a clerk greets me with a hello or not (which he never does), I do not care if they’re friendly (which he never is), but please at least have the curtesy to not ignore your customers because you need to be on your phone. I understand emergencies or even if you’re making a business call (don’t think this was the case), but at least apologize afterwards.Used to be run by friendly attendants.

Routinely wastes Giant Gas point because the pumps don't work. I've been going here since I started driving and I'm definitely done. This just happens too often.

Overcharged $2.90 but walked out without my money because the cashier, who seemed nice, couldn't understand english. Very frustrating trying to explain the issue with him just smiling and repeating say same thing.

I like shell gas and there connection to Ralphs I shop at Ralphs they give me gas off at Shell which is great save money every time i fill up.
