Best mechanic I ever knew! Had stood beside my car, listened carefully and diagnosed the problem, saving me from replacing the engine as another shop recommended. Since it was a simple fix, he didn't even charge me! Honest as the day is long. Highly, highly recommended!

Honest, eager to help, and great customer service. Always happy to support small businesses when it feels like family like when you go to Severn. They've gone above and beyond to save my butt multiple times! Super reasonably priced. Cheapest oil change around! You won't regret sending your car here! Just be aware it's a little hard to find. They are located down a road behind a house so drive slow when you're looking for it.

We have a 2004 Jetta and the sensor light went on. We called Severn and he told us to bring the car right over. He ran a diagnostic on the car and found it was the mass flow sensor. He said it may not be a problem so he was able to turn the sensor notification off. He told us to let him know when and if the light comes back on. Could be 1 day or 6 months. There was no charge for any of this. Volkswagen charges $85.00 for a diagnostic and they go ahead and replace it whether it’s serious or not. Severn is such a decent guy and so knowledgeable. It’s like taking your car to a friend. We feel lucky to have found him.Service: Engine repair
