My boy Bear loves this place. He loves being boarded here, taken for walks, and most differently loves playing with the other dogs in daycare. Positives that I have found at Cozy Canine Camp (CCC) over other doggie daycares in the Annapolis area: CCC: My dog is worn out and happy and doesn't want to leave. Others: He still has energy and he is ready to go home. CCC: He doesn't stink and loves the same as when I dropped him off. Others: Smells like urine and needs a bath as soon as we get home. CCC: He has not gotten sick once since coming here. Others: Got kennel cough and a few other illnesses. CCC: He loves the staff Others: He loved 50% of them.

We took our pup here for a couple of covid years, and were grateful they were open for grooming and appreciated the safety protocol they'd implemented--texting from your car, groomer coming outside to take leashed dog indoors and the reverse upon completion. But that only goes so far. Cathy is a good groomer, but she's overwhelmed because she's either the only one there or has a "helper"--certainly never seen two full groomers at work at the same time. And one overwhelmed okay groomer doesn't make up for the haphazard system of drop off and pick up (post covid) where you're left standing in a small outer room for long minutes with an anxious dog and no one to even greet you. Or waiting and waiting for someone to come out and notice you're there for pickup, after having been called to say your dog is ready. So we bailed and now go to an affiliate of theirs in downtown Annapolis, Kitty's Canine Clips. The difference is night and day. They are super busy, but they keep on top of appointments and...nvm, I just realized this is more appropriately posted as a rave for KCC's instead of a pan here--so Ima go do that!Bottom line, don't come here, go there!

We had a very disappointing experience when they cancelled reservations for our two dogs for 12/24/22 through 1/2/23 over the holiday. At first, we were told they were just cancelling check-in on the 24th due to a power outage. No one contacted us after that. We were assuming we would be able to bring the dogs on the 26th. We left several messages and emails. Finally on the 26th we were able to get through to speak to someone who told us that they had to cancel the reservation for the rest of the week because kennel cough was going around their kennel. They were not even going to call to tell us! We were left scrambling last minute to find someone to take care of our dogs so we could leave to go out of town. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who cares about their pets.

Daisy loves CCC! It is evident that the staff love animals! Daisy always leaps out ready to go to CCC. Also, CCC does a great job communicating with owners through phone calls, emails and social media.

Sometimes when I pull into the parking lot and my lab gets super excited I wonder just how much she actually loves me. She seems like she would rather go to CCC than hang out with me. Luckily she does seem happy to see me when I pick her up. =)

Cozy Canine Camp is the best place for your furry friends!! My dog absolutely loves the staff at CCC! He enjoys his time there and sleeps very well after a fun day with his buddies!! The staff is friendly, the hours are convenient and the customer service is top-notch!! I highly recommend CCC!

My dog love it! Friendly staff who knows my dog & who his friends are. Covered, heated area for bad weather, swimming pools & AC play time when it's hot. Fabulous grooming services in site.

I took my Miniature Schnauzer here for the first time for grooming and they did a wonderful job. Very friendly and well priced too! We will definitely be back. :)
