Bright Beginning in Crownsville is the most amazing preschool in the area. We truly struck a pot of gold being able to send both of our children there from ages 2-5. The staff turnover rate is very low- that alone speaks volumes. They genuinely love the children, and leaving them to be the ones caring for my kids while I’m at work was never difficult. They are so communicative to families and post daily photos for parents to see throughout the day. They go out of their way to plan fun activities for the children. I recommend BBCLC 20 out of 10 to anyone in the area looking for preschool-aged childcare. ❤️

I felt so safe when I dropped my kids off for a day of play-based, project-oriented fun with teachers that are trained in Positive Psychology for Educators. That alone gives insight into the creative and thoughtful vibe of the school. I would highly recommend you sign up early to be lucky enough to get a spot at this special place. Bright Beginning was so much more than just a fantastic preschool for our family, it grew into a wonderful community beyond the walls, too.

My experience with Bright Beginnings Learning Center has been amazing. I had a child at both locations. The staff is awesome! If you’re looking for a safe, learning & fun environment you have found the right place.

The staff was nice, however the security is not up to par. There is absolutely no video surveillance at this facility! If your child were to be abducted or to get injured by another student or teacher, there is no proof to what truly happened. I will gladly remove this review if and when they ever get an adequate security system.

Great center. The providers genuinely care about all of the kids. Most daycares do not screen applicants to assess if the applicant enjoys working with kids, you won't find that at BBC. Highly recommend.

Our child attended Bright Beginning this year and we have been very pleased. The place is run professionally and the staff are great. Our child has had fun, made friends in the neighborhood and learned a lot. Sometimes he actually doesnt want to leave (during recess)!

Our child has been attending Bright Beginnings for a year now. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and the teachers. They have such great personalities, knowledge, big hearts, and give excellent care. This is a small center that really feels like a family! Our daughter loves it here and has been well taken care since day 1. She also loves the special programs (like JumpBunch and Spanish). We really appreciate all they do and how nurturing they are.

I have been a parent of BBCLC since 2007. Both of my boys have had nothing but the best experience. My oldest is now in 2nd grade and is doing amazing. The curriculum cannot be beat and they help prepare our children for school and beyond with great skills, respect and sharing abilities. My son was reading when he entered Kindergarten, which was a huge advantage. He also was able to transition into a Spanish course, as he took Spanish at BBCLC for three years! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. You will not be disappointed.

As the owner, but also as a parent of two children that have gone through the program, I cannot say enough good things about Bright Beginning! It has been such an integral part of our lives and it has been the best thing for both me and my children. The teachers are dedicated to the students, the families are warm and truly give a sense of community and the small environment gives peace and positive learning experiences to the children. My goal was to create a safe, nurturing and fun place for children to grow and develop. As I watched both my children go through the program, I did my best to provide for all children what I wanted for my own. Those teachers helped me raise my family and they give their absolute best to all the children and families in their care! I could never thank them enough for what they have done for my family.Bright Beginning is very much a second home to our family and I have loved working with all the staff, the community as well as seeing all the bright-eyed young learners year after year. Each family has a special place in my heart and I'm forever grateful for the experiences that owning Bright Beginning has given me.
