Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional in addition to being habitual liars, with poor communication skills.They pretend as if they make deals with you to earn your business and trust, they tell you a different story each time you call to follow up on your orders , or say they will call you back then never do. After having enough I went in person when my delivery was supposed to arrive and wasn’t on the truck to hear that no one there could issue me a refund on my purchase from 2 months ago and that there was no actual manager as they did not have one. I was also told by my original sales representative (blonde woman 50s raspy vocals) that she didn’t blame me and that today 09/09/2023 Saturday was her last day there. I explained if I could not be issued my full refund , I would be taking legal action as well as filing a complaint with the better business bureau. She asked “why cause you didn’t get your stuff?” Yes!! That’s how this works. I pay for a product, you provide the product. After doing more homework and asking questions to get assistance I discovered my items were not even ordered or shipped and I was told if I wanted to be refunded there would be a 20% restocking fee? Restocking fee on an item they never ordered or shipped? Are you serious? As a professional establishment in Anne Arundle County you would think there would be more professionalism and courtesy.As a result I will be steering clear of every other branch and location this company has in place as they are untrustworthy and deceptive in their sales tactics and time frame on delivery. It seems as if they have 20 different “warehouses” in which their items are stored. I was told my dining set was coming from a different warehouse each time I followed up with them.I highly recommend steering clear of this establishment as it is very shady and no one ever seems to know what is going on all while they pretend to make deals with you and take your hard earned money.

Waited for furniture for nearly 2 months, was promised delivery this week then it didn't arrive. When you want to cancel as it has been unreasonably tardy, they take 20% restocking fee (wasn't on the invoice). Went in to reason with them, they will tell you that you got your refund, now get out and they laugh pretentiously at you. We will be taking legal action and reporting to BBB.

Our dinning room table arrived damaged. They ordered another one and it came today, December 15 2022. Friendly staff and they stand behind their products. Thank you. Great job.

Initial service and furniture quality was good. We had a few defective pieces that were protection covered and almost 1.5 years out with no resolution. Just a lot of lip service from Wayne & others.

My husband and I have been looking for a new headboard for months. Every store we tried either didn't have what we were looking for or was out of our budget. We tried Showman Furniture today. Lori greeted us at the door and was AMAZING. I explained my issue, she asked a few questions and then knew exactly what I was looking for. The headboard is beautiful. Go see Lori!!

Looking for furniture for your house? This is a nice place to go. People very friendly, they give your time (privacy) for looking for what you want!Has a lot of furniture, but unfortunately I couldn’t find my tv stand that I was looking for!

Terrible terrible terrible. I've been waiting 3 months for furniture that the sales lady said would be delivered in 3 weeks. They don't answer the phone. The refuse to refund your money. I was told it would take 4 months to receive my sectional. I will be seeking an attorney to get money refinded. DO Not purchase furniture from here.

I'm telling everyone I know about this place. I came to this furniture store a week ago and the service was very good. High quality furniture and delivery came as promised and build in a timely manner, this will be my go to place for furniture.
