I recently hired OSSL Moving and Storage for my move from Maryland to Tennessee, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Their professionalism and communication were top-notch from start to finish. They were incredibly punctual, delivering my household goods within just 24 hours of pickup from my storage unit. The team handled all my items with the utmost care, ensuring nothing was damaged during the move. They even went the extra mile by helping set up my couch and placing items in their respective rooms.
What truly stood out was their transparent pricing—no hidden fees, just a straightforward and competitive rate that was the best I found. They were also very accommodating when I needed to change the pickup dates, showing a level of understanding that made the entire experience stress-free. Great service! Motivated workers and very reasonable pricing. Easy to schedule and does not nickel and dime costs. I would only recommend they hit 4-Imprint and get their workers all the same professional T-shirts. It provides uniformity and looks more professional.

I am late with this review. Jacob provided a great price for a move from Maryland to Georgia.
My team was let by Tom along with Mike and Brandon. The team was very efficient and careful with my things that also included a 5 foot plant that Tom promised me would be fine and it was. I recommend OSSL for all of your moving needs. The team was phenomenal. The move took place June 7 and 8.

I wish I could give 10 stars! OSSL is the real deal. I needed a long-distance move from Washington, DC to Columbia, SC, and was struggling to find an option within my budget. Luckily, something told me to check Thumbtack to hire a long-distance mover, and I came across OSSL. The owner, Jacob, gave me a quote that was well within my budget—beating the prices of bigger companies like College Hunks, Two Men and a Truck, Upack, and Pods. Communication was on point from start to finish, and Jacob and his partner moved all my items with care and professionalism. They even got my items delivered on the same day as the pickup date, which totally exceeded my expectations, given that this is almost unheard of for a long-distance moving company. Usually, it takes them 3-14 days, but OSSL delivered my items in less than 24 hours! I recommend this company to anyone looking for a long-distance move at an affordable price with movers who are efficient and treat your stuff with care.

These guys are amazing! I just finished an 8 month working relationship with them and I have nothing but praise. First off - as a single woman there's always concerns about being cheated, but Jacob and team were so upfront and respectful and seriously they have the best, affordable prices around! They are so easy to work with and approachable, I trust them completely.
My journey with them started in mid to late September 2023 when I needed last minute movers to pack up my 2.5 bedroom apartment ASAP. they were able to mobilize and get me on their books between 24-48 hrs! They came and conquered (with their own boxes and tape too!) They worked quickly and efficiently and even helped me store my things at the storage facility they have access to.
I ended up needing to store things from September 2023 to May 2024 and they dutifully kept my things under lock and key, were flexible about payments and kept me updated. Finally, when I needed to transfer my items from their storage into Uhaul boxes for a cross country shipment...they also delivered! They brought my things to the uhaul, loaded them into the uboxes for me and UHaul took over the process from there.
They are an amazing team, they work efficiently, don't waste time, don't try to charge you crazy fees and are so kind and flexible! I felt like they treated me with care and it's been so special and helpful because I moved alone cross country and had a limited budget at times...still, I could rest easy knowing my things were safe.

I have nothing but good things to say about OSSL Moving & Storage. My wife and I had a quick turnaround move and needed to act fast. Jacob contacted me soon after I requested a quote online. He worked with me and answered any questions I had leading up the move. The team of four movers arrived at our townhouse on time. They were all polite, professional and great to work with. Moving is always a stressful time, but OSSL Moving & Storage made things a lot easier on us and I am grateful for that. They will be getting a call from us for the next move.

The team was polite and efficient. Karl and Thomas picked up an item from a store, delivered the item to my home, and placed in the correct room. They were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services.

Movers were great and worked fast. But be sure to get a price breakdown before you pay because they charged me $150 for a U-Haul rental truck that's normal around $50. Don't pay using cash app either because you can't dispute the charge. When I emailed Jacob about the truck fee, he didn't reply back. Next time I'll use two men and a truck.

I would give 10 stars if I could. OSSL has moved me twice and both times they were professional, polite, hardworking people. I had a crew of three (Thomas, Terrence and AJ) the first move and a crew of three (Bubba, Xavion and Stu) on the second move and they were all outstanding. I have recommended this company to several of my family and friends, and I will definitely use them again. They are reasonably priced, straightforward with their quote and responsive with questions. You will not be disappointed.

Used them for a long distance move from Atlanta and they were great! Efficiently moved everything from my one bedroom apartment and did so with a smile and positive attitude throughout. Also were quick to reach out if I had any questions for concerns. Highly recommend!
