As a new person to the area, this was shaping up to be my go to repair shop, but my last experience wasn’t that great. My emissions inspection was coming up and I had a “check emissions” light on. I also had a secondary light on as well. I brought it to Goss so they could check it out. They make you write down your issue and what you need done… so I did that. I wrote that there were 2 lights on that I needed them off because I needed to pass my emissions inspection. Long story short, I spent $700 and picked up my car a few days later. I will admit the lights were off when I got in the car… but as soon as I pulled out of the driveway, the lights came back on (in under 5 minutes) Really?! It makes me wonder if they really checked my car after making the repair. It also makes me question the workmanship. When I called back to tell them about it, they said for another $70-$270 (diagnostic fee), they could dig a little deeper and see what else they can find. I wrote down what I needed done and as soon as I left the establishment, the issue wasn’t resolved. It sucks to have to look around for a repair shop again, but I think I’m gonna take my business elsewhere.

My check engine light came on, most of the time car places will check it for free. They will let you know what's wrong and when they can repair it. I take it in to Goss Garage and the guy that handles it is out all week. I would have to wait a whole week just for them to tell me what's wrong. You would think they would have the diagnostic tool on hand with the technician out. Well Goss Garage you just lost a potential customer.

This is the first time I have used them and it won’t be the last. They are very knowledgeable and fixed all of the problems that I had. They didn’t try to upsell for any unneeded service.

Great customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by option to use loaner car. Front end staff was very courteous and helpful. Mechanics were knowledgeable and friendly. And of course they did excellent work that they stand by with a warranty.

My car's air conditioner was not working, I took the car in and they found the 2 leaks. My car had to stay overnight but I got a loaner car to use. The A/C works wonderfully now so I am set for the summer. I always take my car to Goss when I have a problem and have been satisfied every time.
