Great and large gym. Lots of equipment whether you like weight machines, iron (my preference) or aerobic equipment, functional strength gear, indoor and outdoor workout areas, classes and training, plus some nice quality accessories - massage chair, nutrition, day care for the kids, etc. Generally positive vibes from the other users and a lot of people in there just working hard. Go ahead and get you some.

Gym is always clean and as far a the community goes seems pretty dope even though i hardly socialize but i would love see some new equipment even though there is tons of equipment there but overall my favorite gym by far

Love this gym, have been coming here on and off throughout the years when I’m not living in Richmond. Their equipment is good and for the most part you can get a full workout without waiting too long for equipment. The people suck cuz they seldom put dumbbells back where they belong even though the spots are labeled.
The reason for 3 stars is recently I’ve been taking advantage of the showers (not anymore) and my only complaint is when the frosted glass walls get wet they’re see through. I’m not too keen on seeing naked dudes slapping their bacon and beans through the glass….. The money I’d pay to unsee the things I’ve seen.
Can management do something about this? Maybe tint the glass? Same thing for the toilets, there’s something weird about seeing the silhouette of a man taking a dump that doesn’t sit right. The frosted glass is cute for a home or Turkish bath house maybe... but a locker room with random dudes? Idk bout that. If I wanted to see naked men shower that get it on with themselves I’d go to stallions.

Gold’s gym has something for everyone. I have enjoyed the beginning process working with the Compel Fitness Team. Their workouts are tough and fulfilling! Highly recommend!

Been a member of many gyms, but this one by far has been the best! Staff is amazing, everything is always clean, and the equipment is perfect. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Been going strong for a year and a half now since I first got my membership at gold's gym in Crofton. One of the best decisions of my life. It's always a breath of fresh air walking into the doors of the gym. Planning to keep in going to reach all of my goals and then some. Thanks Gold's gym Crofton ????
