Catherine in the Deli at Crofton has superb customer service. She remembers the small details about her customers like where we are from or asking how my children are doing. It is this extra level of care and personalized service that keeps us coming back to see her.

It's 5pm on a workday and they have no chicken ready to go and the two employees working that position are just putzing around without a care in the world. The management and crew at this giant are a joke.

Meh. Fresh produce is wilted, bruised and overpriced. High quality meat is lacking. Selection and organization of dry goods is good. Service is lackluster. And the self checkout machines are AWEFUL!

The prices at Giant are much higher than at other retailers. I went to pick up a bag of brand name nuts and to my shock and surprise they were $11.19. A few months ago they were much cheaper. Almost half priced. Now, they have skyrocketed. At Wegmans the same nuts are $8.99 and they are $6.98 at Walmart. The prices here are astronomical.

This place is run terribly. Not sure who is in charge of this store but they should be fired immediately. The bright spot is the Starbucks and juice bar next to it.

I had an issue with a store cashier named sharon, She jumped ahead and used the store number instead of my giant card number. I tried skating mine, but the discount was not coming off. It would not override hers. We asked the customer service lady Alexa to cancel the order. She stayed at will. If you cancel. You will lose your thing. You're discounts and all this as it ma'am. I'm not gonna pay this high up price. Cause it's like $20 more. Please cancel it after going back-and-forth for her. She canceled it, and we went over to the main check out the customer service desk to reorder. Everything worked out the way I wanted. She said you can only use one coupon, which all I have was 2 paper coupons. She said you had already used it. I said "ma'am, it says limit 2 " security the night manager Lee philips around 10:10 PM. All standing around watching us do this transaction and though I was stealing giving me a hard time because of the mistake that there cashier (sharon)that they didn't train properly. The night mgr. Lee Phillips decided i'm not gonna take this coupon.
Which clearly stated there was a limit os 2.I decided the next day to just return my purchase. Because of the way I was treated

Giant has a lot of the items that the smaller grocery stores do not and it's a great place to pick up LEDO Pizza in the deli section!

Giant has done a lot since moving in Crofton. The deli folks are always friendly and helpful. The cheese selection is great. Lots of items on sale and the meat and fish department always has a good selection. And since there isn't a butcher shop any where nearby the grocery stores are it.

This is a really nice Giant grocery store. It is bigger than the one I usually go to in Parole/Annapolis.
