There is always fresh coffee on the brew. They always have my cigarettes. There is never a long line. Who could ask for anything more?”

“My husband and I went into the store today so he could replace his phone. We had the pleasure of being helped by Katherine. She was friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable. She helped my husband choose a new phone and even went above and beyond and assisted me with another issue I had with our account. Getting a new phone can sometimes be a long and stressful process, but Katherine made it very seamless and enjoyable. She thoroughly explains everything we would see on our next bill and make sure we were getting the best deal possible.
If you need to buy a new phone or do anything else, I highly recommend going to this location and hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to have her help you as well.”

She came up with a resolution quickly by cancelling my order for a refund and even gave me a new gift card number to add to my account for the other half of my order. One of the Drive Up associates, Chinemerem, always displays a friendly, helpful attitude. This week he took the time to tell me of other services Drive Up offers such as returns, Starbucks products, etc. I really appreciate Chinemerem’s excellent customer service skills. Switched from Visible for my primary phone because Verizons service sucks (my work phone uses Metro)
The man at the counter was able to give me the $25 BYOD plan easily for my Samsung Z Fold 4, and was even able to save me $15 monthly on my work phone plan, only thing I paid was the one time $25 activation fee which is fair.
Service was fast, professional and I'm more than happy to come here for additional purchases in the future. It's rare to say that about a cell phone store.

“I had the BEST experience there! I just drove from NYC and had to stop before made it to my final destination. I went in for black opal products in the make up section but they did not have any! I asked Jacklyn the department manager (I did not know this at the time) for assistance and she was so kind and helpful to help me choose a different product! It was 1015pm close to closing and she was still so patient and kind as well as helpful. Thank you so much Jacklyn it was an absolute pleasure shopping at this target! In addition, they were helpful, warm and friendly during the entire purchase process. Other furniture stores were high pressure and took several weeks to deliver. Aaron's Laurel was a next-level experience. I also like that you can pay the same as cash price within 3 months and easily return it if you change your mind and don't like it. This was stress-free, all my others have been stressful.”
