Everyone before ACT basically said, "its broke and you need to replace it". Bryan from ACT proved them wrong. His patience and attention to detail to trouble shoot and then repair was outstanding. “I had the BEST experience there! I just drove from NYC and had to stop before made it to my final destination. I went in for black opal products in the make up section but they did not have any! I asked Jacklyn the department manager (I did not know this at the time) for assistance and she was so kind and helpful to help me choose a different product! It was 1015pm close to closing and she was still so patient and kind as well as helpful. Thank you so much Jacklyn it was an absolute pleasure shopping at this target! She even informed me about joining “Target Circle”. She took the time to help me add my phone number to my already existing account so that I could receive a 20% discount on the make up products and 15% discount on personal products! “This was the best furniture purchase experience I have had. The staff was helpful in finding the sofa that I found online. In addition, they were helpful, warm and friendly during the entire purchase process. Other furniture stores were high pressure and took several weeks to deliver. Aaron's Laurel was a next-level experience. I also like that you can pay the same as cash price within 3 months and easily return it if you change your mind and don't like it. This was stress-free, all my others have been stressful.”

Switched from Visible for my primary phone because Verizons service sucks (my work phone uses Metro)
The man at the counter was able to give me the $25 BYOD plan easily for my Samsung Z Fold 4, and was even able to save me $15 monthly on my work phone plan, only thing I paid was the one time $25 activation fee which is fair.
Service was fast, professional and I'm more than happy to come here for additional purchases in the future. It's rare to say that about a cell phone store.

Miss Wendy working night shift by herself rung me up and was very polite and helpful, she even got me to sign up for the rewards program that is free and on my phone so that I would save $2 on my pizza! Wendy is a great worker and deserves a raise, there's not many with her customer service skills.”

One of the Drive Up associates, Chinemerem, always displays a friendly, helpful attitude. “I've only ever had good experiences at this Gamestop. All the employees are just as passionate about games as I am, and David (the manager of the store) actually introduced me to my absolute favorite game franchise of all time. Ever since he recommended I play Sekiro, the way I look at games has never been the same... and if there is one place I always go for the best information and the best games, its this Gamestop. Especially since it's one of the larger ones... so I know I'll be able to find anything I need.The other thing that is fantastic about this place is that the staff is extremely flexible. If you need help with anything.. everyone's almost eager to answer any of my questions. I can't even tell you how many hours I have stood in that store talking about games. And that's where my love for this store hits its peak. If I want to ask a million questions they are totally happy to... but if I want to just grab and go when I'm in a rush, or just browse for a bit, I feel just as comfortable. Not too pushy, not too passive.This store has found a perfect medium under David's management, I can tell. I seriously can't tell you how great this place is. If you need anything, I highly recommend coming here. They deserve the support foreal.”
