Came to the store with my WORK uniform on. Was at the self check out and the worker literally stopped what he was doing, he wasn’t even discreet about it and he literally came over to check to see what i was doing didn’t ask me if i needed help nothing. Multiple people went through self check out but they were not poc so they were not profiled. Safe i will not returning to this location which sucks because it by my job and i always come here.

It's been almost a month or longer, and the self check out has been broken. Most companies get it fixed right away because the lines are ridiculous at the times I end up at the store. I prefer not to go home and have to come back out when it's on my way home.. just wondering how long it's going to take them to get the self checkout machines fixed ? it was a computer glitch or something cause I saw the day it went down screen went weird. But it cuts in to business also and that shows you're not thinking about your customers who don't want to sit in a line that goes all the way down the aisle. I've walked out more than a few times after seeing the line because I was in a time crunch those days and didn't have the time to sit in that long of a line. So when will they be fixed?? Also when someone orders 10 balloons the check out person has to go blow all of them up while the line sits and gets longer where there should be another employee for anybody that gets balloons and when they're paid for you go over and they'll blow it up so the check out person can stay and get line down. Figured you could page somebody you designate to do balloons that day.

This is the most organized and well laid out dollar tree that I have ever been to! You forget that you're even in a discount store as you stroll through the aisles. And then an even bigger treat was the new self checkout machines at the front. Very classy Crofton Dollar Tree!!! I will certainly be back. The shelves were stocked well and so clean .

Why is Dollar Tree closed, at 6:30PM?? There are numerous other people standing and puzzled over what is happening. I've called the store 3 times but no one answers.

Love the dollar tree. This one is as good as any. They have MANY things for $1.25. You cannot beat that price with a stick. If you have money to burn start lighting your ? with $100 bills I bet your ego would impress a lot of people if you did that. ☺️

Store was not open at 8am, although both Google and the store's own sign states it should be. 7 people have tried to enter. All are now either standing outside or idling in their cars for the last 15+ minutes. In calling the store, you get a busy signal. Something the manager would likely want to know? Things like this undermine my trust in the store.

Stop by to pick up a couple of things for my travels and there was no one in line and no one at the register either. I waited for a good 8 minutes for some one at no avail. So I was forced to check out on a self check out. Which I believe should not be used because it puts people out of work and I did express my feelings about it. Then the clerk shows up being all rude about it, so when the realize the self check out works better than she does, she will be unemployed because of a machine.
