I find Crofton Mini Storage very accommodating for my storage needs especially for the price. The manager at the Crofton location is both professional and pleasant to converse with.
I would recommend Crofton Mini Storage to anyone looking for a place for storage of household items.

Sheree Walsh is fabulous, Sheree is a terrific manager. She is very responsive to all requests & is always at the units during posted hours. She keeps the area very clean, and has maintenance immediately addressing any issues and is helpful with advice with other things in the area. Sheree makes it easy to deal with anything at the storage site. I wish all retail people were like her.

I recently worked with Sheree, the Manager of Crofton mini-storage. She was very thorough and easy to work with. She Is professional and we quickly determined the unit that would best suit my needs. She took me through the contract and made sure I understood what I was signing. i am happy with my choice.

I was told I had to go to their office prior to close of buisness to complete paperwork; however, I arrived an hour befor their closure but no one was there. A customer happened to be leaving and said the place was "shady" and the office person had "weird" hours. I called their call center and they said they contacted the office and I should be hearing from them within 20 minutes, but I never recieved a call back. I called the call center again and this time they said they were closed and the office person, "Cheryl", just left. I explained that I was here for almost an hour prior to them closing and no one was here. End of story this place and/its employees are shady.

I've had my storage unit for almost two years now. My credit cards were stolen earlier this month so when my monthly payments tried to withdraw The money wasn't able to come out because I had forgotten that I needed to change it after countlessly calling The public storage in Crofton, because I was an unable to log onto my account, because my email was incorrect which I had gone into the store months prior to change. I finally got a hold of someone today on the last day of when my bill needs to be paid. I had called left a message and someone by the name of "Nicole" return my phone call and immediately was rude and with an attitude. I answered the phone and her response was "public storage. What can I help you". I informed her I needed to pay my bill which she then informed me I could do it online, I tried to explain That's why I was calling and asked her for her name and she got an attitude so I again asked for her name. She said "Nichole" and proceeds to hang up the phone on me... Before my interaction with ms. "Nichole" I've been trying to get ahold of a customer service rep for at least 3 days unsuccessfully.
