I Purchased my Mother’s Day flowers through 1800 Flowers. The flowers that arrived was not what I had ordered. I went to Crofton Florist Inc (partner with 1800 flowers) in person and they happily corrected the order providing me with flowers above and beyond what I had initially ordered. I’m very happy with their response and immediate correction.

Been here twice now. Great experience both times. First time, I ordered online a couple days early for pick up. No issues whatsoever. Mom loved the flowers. Second time, I needed flowers unexpectedly so I gave them a call since they're shop was on the way. Asked if they could have it ready in 30 mins and they said sure and took down what type of flowers I needed, colors, etc. I told them how much I wanted to spend and paid for everything over the phone. Everything went smoothly, very grateful they were able to accommodate my rather sudden last minute request. Will definitely be back in the future when I need flowers.

I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law’s funeral and they did never arrived in time for the funeral. Very disappointing! When we left the funeral they had still not arrived! I called them the morning of the funeral and spoke to a rep and asked her to cancel them if they were not there before the funeral at 12:30. I tried to call them to make sure they cancel and returned my money, waited 30 mins on the phone on HOLD and then they hung up! Terrible customer service!
