“Had a wonderful shopping experience today at AE. The associate Adriana helped me find my perfect jeans and shorts. She informed me that I could buy my jeans on line if my size wasn't in the store and described the process of ordering, my reward points and the amazing benefits of having the rewards and a AE credit card. Our associate that closed our sale at the checkout was helpful too and ordered my jeans for delivery. The management and dressing room staff was amazing too!! Iam a total fan of this store and AE. They have the best quality of jeans, even though Iam older, I always find what I need here and for my kids!! ?”

“EVERY TIME I go in everyone is so genuinely pleasant. Went in today and Jack was working. During a previous visit, he was sharing with me about a train because my autistic son loves trains. When I came in today he followed up about whether I had researched the train. That was SO THOUGHTFUL! Jack and I only met once or twice before and it has been a while since I’ve been in the store…to share personal interest and engage with customers like this is so spectacular and honestly…RARE. He went that extra mile. It makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable.I love my son SO much and I am grateful when people engage with him, being a special needs child. It makes his day and makes him feel NOTICED. ALL the employees make him feel this way. Thank you team! And….they have great clothes and sales too ???”
“I just came shopping at this store and I must say the employee Tesa is sooo profesional. Nowadays its hard to see a employee asking if you need help, happily answering questions, and when my son started crying she talked to him to help me get him to calm down. The store is extremely clean and organized, almost everything is on sale. However the associates on the floor didn't greet me or even offer assistance. This was my first time shopping here, there is plenty to select from in all sizes. I ended up finding something else to purchase while there. The lines were steady, looked long but the ladies were ringing the customers effectively and efficiently. The cashier that rang me was extremely helpful and asked if I was interested in anything else since I did not receive help on the floor, she made other suggestions and even recommended other items to put an outfit together! This location has two levels and the escalator was indeed working. Also there is plenty of parking out front of the store. I would shop here again if I were in the area.”

“I went into Athleta to return something I bought online and this store staff wowed me. I decided to try on a sweatshirt while others were checking out in front of me and Shaye immediately stepped in to advise me on the right size and proceeded to give my toddler a sticker. She was so happy! Then, another sweet associate rang me up and on our way out, Shaye gave my daughter a special bag and even helped her put it on her shoulders. “First and foremost - ask for Danny. He is compassionate, sweet, understanding, and EXTREMELY helpful. My condo rental had a small fire which riddled our home with nasty smoke smell. I was referred by ServPro to contact this company - definitely the best referral I could have gotten.
The company, itself, does amazing work and they are there to help you through catastrophes - big or small.
Let me tell you a little more about Danny though. This dude.. He like adopted me and my fiancé. I'd invite him to our wedding! He is so knowledgeable in regard to renter's insurance - he had so many awesome suggestions that didn't even deal with his part of the business, and that is true customer service. When you're in a pickle and have no idea where to turn, it is a true blessing to meet someone like Danny.
I have had to text message Danny multiple times (only because I had a question, not because there was anything further needed from their end) and he ALWAYS responds immediately. You can't put a price on that kind of service. He is just the nicest, down-to-earth guy. I hope you get the opportunity to work with him and his team.
Keep in mind, having your things tossed through by strangers is very scary and uncomfortable. Danny and his team came in and they breezed through our textiles. They never once made us feel like we were "gross" or anything of that sort. That is the type of service that we all yearn for. Don't look up any other company - this is the one you want to help you out. (and ask for my boy Danny!)”
