First and foremost - ask for Danny. He is compassionate, sweet, understanding, and EXTREMELY helpful. My condo rental had a small fire which riddled our home with nasty smoke smell. I was referred by ServPro to contact this company - definitely the best referral I could have gotten.
The company, itself, does amazing work and they are there to help you through catastrophes - big or small.
Let me tell you a little more about Danny though. This dude.. He like adopted me and my fiancé. I'd invite him to our wedding! He is so knowledgeable in regard to renter's insurance - he had so many awesome suggestions that didn't even deal with his part of the business, and that is true customer service. When you're in a pickle and have no idea where to turn, it is a true blessing to meet someone like Danny.
I have had to text message Danny multiple times (only because I had a question, not because there was anything further needed from their end) and he ALWAYS responds immediately. You can't put a price on that kind of service. He is just the nicest, down-to-earth guy. I hope you get the opportunity to work with him and his team.
Keep in mind, having your things tossed through by strangers is very scary and uncomfortable. Danny and his team came in and they breezed through our textiles. They never once made us feel like we were "gross" or anything of that sort. That is the type of service that we all yearn for. Don't look up any other company - this is the one you want to help you out. (and ask for my boy Danny!)

Whomever the woman performing scheduling duties is:
A nice nasty and passive aggressive unbothered person who apparently is unable to dot her i's and cross her t's efficiently. I had to follow up with her after my clothes were done for about a week already and when she finally did schedule me, the time was wrong. I called her to followup on delivery time, snd she told me it didn't matter that the delivery wasn't on time and they'd be on their way shortly then HUNG UP ON ME.
Not to mention that 2 of my rugs are missing from the delivery. She was so insufferable, that I am not even going to call back and let them know. KEEP THE RUGS and hire less miserable and more efficient people for front facing positions.
Dealing with insurance claims are hard enough, she made it no easier. I randomly chose this place and regret it.
THANKS.

Stay Away from, Patrick B******, *****, Clothes CallWe had water and sewage damage and unknown to us **** Insurance, Agent **** ******** hired this thief knowing that Patrick B****** also an **** commercial policy holder and his coverage had expired. He stole all of our shoes, clothes etc evening dresses were never worn still with store tags attached to them. Patrick B****** forged my husband and my initials indicating we were satisfied with their work and **** was aware and paid him over $10,229.62. The adjuster called and indicated that they were investigating the claim and his response was not encourging so we conducted our own investigation and learned that Patrick allegedly had a fire and submitted our personal property inventory list to receive over $700,000.00 from ******** Insurance. When we discovered that he had been paid for our damages that he reported we were told that "the insured, decided not to file a claim and the insurance company cannot tell their insured who to pay."I am filing this complaint to help others and with this information I'm hoping that you'll take the next step to hold, ***** and Patrick B***** accountable. ***** was acquired by ***** ******* and is authorized to transport personal household possessions. Stay away from this company if you have had fire or water damage. I have been dealing with this company since January when they removed all my clothing, rugs, shoes, comforters, and every other cloth after I had water damage in my apartment. It has been a nightmare from the beginning when they delivered my rush clothing so I would have something to wear and the clothes came back smelly and sweaters stretched out of shape, after that I requested my clothing be returned. After I asked for my belongings back the guy on the phone (Al), said I was a liar and hung the phone on me. He called back about a week later to apologize, and I told him to just give me my clothing back. In late February they delivered 27 boxes and 450 hangers. The hangers had things like one belt, one tie, one pair of shorts, three-piece bathing suit with each piece on separate hangers. The clothes were still dirty and smelled like mold, so they took some pieces back for a re do, the pieces that were returned were still dirty. I'm going to donate the clothes, throw away the other I can't get the moldy smell out of.

Clothes call did a wonderful job pressing and putting up all of the new curtains in my house after I had an experience with a fire. I highly recommend them. They were very professional, courteous and made sure the job was done perfectly before they left. I am so glad I found them. Again, I highly recommend them.

I would suggest that people AFFIRMATIVELY AVOID the Clothes Call retail store if seeking a cleaners for any garment of significant sentimental or actual value. (I do not have direct experience with the restoration business, but assuming all cleaning is done in the same facilities, I would also be hesitant due to the odor issue discussed below.) Last month, I entrusted the Clothes Call retail store with an expensive costume. On Friday, July 29, I picked up the costume and discovered that large safety pins were used to secure parts of the costume to the hangers in a way that left obvious pinholes. Complaint about this unnecessary damage was sent via fax the same day to (410) 721 - 6719, requesting that it be forwarded to the person who deals with retail store complaints and that a response be issued in writing (e-mail). The garment was also gassing off significant chemical odor from the time of pick up. I decided at the time to wait to see if odor dissipated and discuss with the person who responded to my complaint. No response was heard in the next week. Accordingly, on Friday, August 5, called (410) 721 - 7445 and spoke to an employee on the restoration side of the business. He agreed to forward my complaint to the appropriate person for retail store complaints, if I e-mailed it to him. Sent the e-mail as soon as possible afterwards with a copy of the previous fax, while adding an additional statement about the odor (which was still present, though reduced) and photos of the pinhole damage. No response was ever received. All contacts were to the main Clothes Call business numbers because these are complaints to be addressed by management. The Clothes Call retail store is held out to be an extension of the main restoration cleaners business. It may be claimed that the pinholes are typical of this industry. This claim fails because the costume piece with the most obviously visible pinholes had hanger straps. In any case, significant chemical odor which only dissipates over a week or so almost certainly does not reflect correct dry cleaning procedure. In light of the above, I cannot recommend the retail store. The $75 charge for service in this case was not worth the money.

This place was a life saver. I had a serious mold issue at my condo stemming from a leak. Clothes Call came to my place, packaged up ALL my clothes, rugs, cushions, bed linens...you name it... They inventoried them, cleaned them, provided photos- and were extremely patient and flexible with me on delivery of the items once my condo had been put back in livable condition. Great, kind people. High quality work. Highly recommend.

Clothes call is SO much more than a dry cleaner! They restored my wife's wedding gown masterfully and packaged it for preservation. The staff was so helpful and kind and they managed to get the dress perfectly clean again! I also found out that they can restore clothing, linens and other fabrics from ruin like water and smoke damage, though I hope I never need that, it's great knowing that their services are far more than just a dry cleaner! Thank you Clothes Call!

A trunk full of 30-50 year old baby clothing was soaked in a basement flood. Clothes Call (love the name!) provided timely, fast, excellent restoration, exceptional customer relations, top-notch everything. Totally impressed. The care with which my precious belongings were handled was evident in the packaging and delivery of the restored items. Beautiful.

After being displaced from our home due to a fire, Patrick and his team have gone above and beyond to help us beyond just getting our clothes/textiles cleaned. They are knowledgable, caring, compassionate and provide the BEST customer service!!!

A word to the wise. DO NOT USE these folks if you get them through insurance. I had water damage in my condo and was told all my furniture and clothes had to be removed from the bedroom. The gentelman from Clothes Call I dealt with was nice enough however he either didn't communicate my requests or he has people who work for him you don't or choose not to understand. For example, I made an appointment to return at a specific time, took off work to meet them and without confirming with me they came an hour early and disturbed my 91 year old father. Classy!! For the clothes - they came back wrinkled. A Vincent Cavuto skirt rolled up in a ball.... I now will have to wash and dry clean all my clothes. Thanks alot! If this ever happens again, I will spend my own money to place the clothes in storage. Clothes Call is a joke.
