“First timer! Stopped in & was greeted by Melissa! She is a gem! Customer service was excellent from the time she greeted me and took my payment. She explained how it worked as far as the vacuums (because I thought they did it) lol. But definitely will be my go to car wash from now on. Prices are reasonable (I got the $23 which gives you everything) let’s talk about the softness of the rags in the car wash, I feel like other car washes beat my car up, nope ! Not here. Soft rags!!!!S/o to the young guy (did not get his name) who helped me wipe my car. Was not expecting that as I didn’t see any one that works there wiping down cars at first. “Actually went to their dog wash which is great. Large, private room with elevated wash station. There are steps if you have a large pet and they can walk into the wash area. The spray nozzle is a gentle spray. The flow of water stops when you let go of the button. There is a hose dryer with 2 speed settings. The wash area is large. I could wash both of my dogs in there and have plenty of room. There is a big selection of products for their bath. They are in a car wash style selection center. I did the regular shampoo, the oatmeal, and conditioner. My girl dog smells so good now. The dryer was a bit much for her but it did have a strong airflow. I also used the perfume sprayer and it was a barely There fragrance which is wonderful. This was my 1st experience at this dog wash. I will be back! $15 for 15 minutes. Next time I'm bringing both dogs. I can do them both in the 15 min time allotment.”
“Our Infinity had long term leaking issues that were repaired but the carpet and interior were a mess. And mold issues on top of that.Car Guys took care of all these headaches for us and saved us boatload of money. The car looks and smells brand new. “Barry showed up exactly on time and fully self-sufficient, worked three straight solid hours, and completely brought back our aunt's SUV after 15 years of smoking cigarettes in it and traveling with pets inside it. “Please excuse me, but I thought I had already reviewed this establishment. I love this carwash. I sometimes go on my lunch break. I purchased the membership. Which to me is worth it. With my membership, I have unlimited visits. If I wanted to come every day, I could. For a monthly membership of $39.99, you have unlimited access. Free vacuuming. A mat cleaner. Free towels to use while you're cleaning your car. For that price, it's so worth it. I couldn't think of a better treatment for my car. Everything is very organized and put together. So if you're ever in the area. I highly recommend checking them out.”
“Exceptional Business! Worth every penny! My car was outdoors at a second residence and hadn't been washed in 5 months. It was absolutely filthy with dirt, pollen, you name it. For this reason, it cost a bit extra. Worth it! First and foremost, these are GREAT PEOPLE! They're nice, professional, and very helpful. They take the time needed to give your car the attention it needs. When I saw the car, it looked like new! Then, of course, the battery died. No problem. They had charger/jump equipment! Alas, my battery gave up the ghost, but the effort was greatly appreciated. I promise not to let my car get that dirty again, but will most definitely visit TLC Wash N Shine 2 again! “I have used a lot of different car washes over the years and I have to say this is by far my favorite. It's clean, convenient, priced right and the equipment is always working. The staff is friendly and professional and I also find it easy to get in and out of the facility itself and most importantly, it does a great job at cleaning my vehicle. The do-it-yourself spots where you vacuum and wipe down your vehicle are always well maintained and clean. Definitely my favorite car wash! They also offer monthly memberships which are super convenient too.”

“What an amazing experience! Saying my car was a disaster before bringing it in would be an understatement. So I opted to go with the Ultimate Detail Plus package in hopes to get it looking halfway decent again.
I brought it in at 9am expecting it to probably take all day. At 4:30pm Troy called me and explained he was still having trouble working on a massive stain that was on the front passenger seat. I knew it would be a problem because the stain was deep and over 5 years old. He politely asked if he could keep it overnight to let it soak and to work on it again in the morning. Of course I said yes.
Let me tell you, when I saw my car the next day it was a whole new vehicle. The stain was practically gone, only being able to be seen if you really looked hard. I was shocked at how much he was able to get out. Of course the rest of the car looked incredible too. He was even nice enough to walk out to it with me and go over a few things, even getting me a piece of plastic to drive home on my seat since it was still a little damp too.
I will definitely recommend Touch Up to friends and bring my other cars here when they need it!”
“I always have a great experience here. It's been several years since I've encountered a car wash with dedicated staff to wipe down the car. This wash has someone prespray your car before going in the wash, and then someone else who does a full car wipe down when you exit. You also get a free token for vacuum. Prices are cheap and the staff are polite and professional. Keep a look out for the "weather station" as you exit the wash, it'll give you a good laugh, but it's never been wrong. Keep up the good work guys.”

It was a tough decision on what level of ceramic to apply, the various types in the market, and the cost.
