Have constantly had problems with this office.
Canceled our passport apt and didn't tell us, no call or notice at any point, and stated it was do to an ongoing issue with understaffing so they knew in advanced and could have told us. We took off work for the appointment, and didn't find out until we showed up at the office. Staffer was wholly unapologetic, offered no way to help (like just pointing to another post office) and had a 'not my problem f off' attitude. Every other office we called in the area at least had the decency to have an apologetic tone if they couldn't help us, many at least checking what they could and recommended other offices to try. The place wasn't busy, there was one other person in the office, so it wasn't like we were imposing...
There were also ongoing issues with mailboxes regarding inflexibility with the mail route in regards to very short country roads (two~ house lengths long) and the post master is never available and notoriously difficult to get ahold of. We were told today he would be out for the full week and this was part of why they only had one clerk actively working.

Hours on website do not match actual. hours are open 830 , so don't waste a trip or let them make you late , slow service with attitude

Most of workers here are quite friendly in my experience, however I’m getting a bit annoyed with the delivery drivers randomly deciding not to deliver my packages. On several instances, they decide they don’t feel like walking up my driveway, and take the package to the office without any specified reason. Go to the post office to pick it up, and get asked accusingly, “you missed her?” when the cameras on my house showed that there was no actual attempt at trying to deliver. Just a slip put in my mailbox. All good, I get my package and leave. Then in other circumstances, they do the same, take it to the office, and when I attempt to pick it up the next day, I’m told they have already left with the package. The same package they hadn’t brought to my door once already, and I'm told they’re trying to “re-deliver” to my residence. Every time ‘re-delivering’ occurs, the same thing as before happens. No attempt, just a slip in the mailbox. I know this isn’t anyone’s fault specifically, It’s just getting very frustrating. I just wish if they knew they wouldn’t actually be attempting to deliver the package the second time, that they would just keep it at the post office. Instead, I’m kept guessing when I will be able to get my packages that are in most cases specific food for my animals I cannot get elsewhere.

Automated phone service that gets u no where still trying to figure out why they need it when it's never busy in there never seen more than two people in there at once and the staff are not friendly at all I guess that's why they use a automated phone service

They won't drop my packages off at my door step then get smart when I have my fiance pick them up everyday

It's a shame I can't put a negative rating. So I order something for Christmas for a family member. I get notification that it was delivered on Sunday. Really!?!?!? It wasn't from amazon that would've been delivered on Sunday. So called the post mistress " I have pictures of your mailbox." She pulled picture off google maps because it had a picture of a vehicle I haven't owned in 2 years. So still I have no resolution as to where my package was delivered. I have my Home marked with the house number too. It's not like this town is a big city. Lazy and useless. Typical government workers mentality isn't mine or my families so it doesn't matter. Very nasty person and shouldn't be in the position.
