I was told by Dave to have my car there by their opening at 830am. At 3pm my car was sitting in the same place as when I dropped it off, they had not touched it. A water pump replacement should not take more than an hour or two, and if they were not going to work on my car until the next day, why they had to keep my vehicle? They charged $200 for a simple water pump replacement and had my car for two days!! I have been told that their priority is passing cars through inspection whether they pass or not, as they receive a commission for passing cars through. I would not take a scooter to this place and neither should you. After this awful experience, I was recommended by MD Ave Auto (who inspects vehicles with a fine tooth comb) to take my vehicle to Quality Auto in Lavale MD. They went out of their way to fit me in and called as soon as they were done with the job to let me know my vehicle was ready (within two hours). The professionalism at MD Ave Auto and Quality in Lavale far exceed the service I received at Bel Air Service Station.
