I've been knowing the Yangs for over 30 years, when this was a gas station with candy & stuff inside. Mr. Yang taught Chris very well. I miss Ms. Yang because she use to answer the phone promptly?. Now the phone might ring for a while , until Chris is available to answer! Chris & the other guy are very nice. They take their time to find out the exact issue on your vehicle. When I'm given a time for my car to be completed, it's always accurate just like the work!! If I've been quoted a price & it'll be more money once they see it's more damage, I get a call before moving forward with the job! Always respectful & courteous which I appreciate! Keep up the good work guys.

Chris has been my go to for over 25 years he is honest will always do what's best for your pocketbook not his. I may have had to take my car back for him to correct something he did but l can't think of a specific time right now. Probably because it was resolved with no problem. Very nice ppl. Charged 450 to tighten a bolt because it took a long time to find out what it was. No parts replaced so I feel like it was a pretty unfair price. I was told I'd be given an estimate but never was. He did however walk me through everything he did to find out what the problem was, and I appreciated that. Also gave me a calendar at checkout which I needed, so that was nice.

Charged me more to replace distributor cap $270 then it cost to do a complete tuneup...I purchased the part for $55 from Amazon and he quoted $355. A little price gouging...make sure you do your home work...check price for service before you give the go ahead...did work without my approval. Avg cost to replace a distributor $58 - $125.
